The entire room was absolutely stunning and spacious. the staff was so nice and helpful. the view was absolutely outstanding.

The location of this was hotel beautiful, historical and so convenient. It was in the heart of everything, and walking distance to everything. The service was amazing and everyone was incredibly helpful. The building itself is so surreal. Definitely recommend!

Located right in the heart of old town Florence just a few steps from all the shops restaurants and museums. Our stay at Donati was perfect. Our suite was beautiful large and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful with great recommendations - a big thank you to Leonardo and Phillipo at the front desk for their assistance.

Was a bit stressful check in process, as around the hotel was very busy and we couldn’t drive to it. After this, room and hotel was quite nice.

This was a fantastic hotel room- we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high end rooms right in the heart of Florence. It was a short walk to the Duomo, Accademia Gallery, and Uffizi Museum. The roof top terrace has unbelievable views of Florence. The hotel staff were great. We loved the hotel, and will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Florence. My only word of caution regards the valet parking- we drove into Florence and they picked up the car from the hotel. It was hard to find the hotel with google maps, and the narrow streets were full of pedestrians making it difficult to navigate- better to leave the car outside of the city and take a train/bus/taxi in.
