The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was amazing

Excellent

Stay was good. Bed was a little rough.

Parking was not easy in the city, but the hotel offered valet parking which was a life savor! Also our A/C in our room was broken but staff was very accommodating providing fans all in all it was a very nice experience.

Awesome room with modern decor; thoughtfully designed and appointed. Loved the Nespresso machine; usually I don't even bother with room coffee but it was elevated. Very clean and recently updated.

Elevator broke while we were there but the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Parking was what I expected for the area. Disappointed that the hotel does not partner with any parking lots for reduced cost via ticket validation. The front desk was ok. I asked for late checkout and was asked for my room number. Once I provided it I was told that there was no late checkout available. Then why ask for my room number? The front desk worker didn't key it in and there where several rooms available that evening for reservation.

I frequent the Canopy and thoroughly enjoy the rooftop restaurant and the room amenities. Very clean , the most comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom is is great!

Very Nice and Clean - walking distance to Convention Center and Nationwide Arena. Restaurant on the 12 floor was amazing!

Nice hotel. Great location in proximity to our event at the convention center Valet parking was $45 a night but there is a self service grage right behind for a fraction of the price. BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES! The line they carry is charcoal based and it STINKS!

We were stuck in an elevator with no power for 50 minutes

Pretty hotel that was comfortable and clean. Excellent bar tenders at bar with a great view and atmosphere. Great location for Blue Jackets, Covnention Center and several bars and restaurants. Only complaint is walk to garage if you don’t valet and the corner room stayed at 74 (too hot) no matter what we set it to.

Loved the Bar/restaurant. Great atmosphere and bartender! We were just disappointed there was no TV because we were trying to watch the football playoffs

Everything was exceptional except for there was no hot water when we took showers. Just lukewarm.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, the rooftop lounge and restaurant was good. Jeff Ruby's was right next door which was a huge plus!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Columbus, and one of the reasons is because of this hotel. The beds were comfortable, our room was clean. It was just a good look!

Trip was good. Disappointing to have a 2am check in but valet stops at 12am during the week.
