My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The day before check-in, Ms. Irma, a member of staff, contacted us to verify our location and discuss any questions we had regarding the villa and its surroundings. Since I was bringing a baby, Ms. Irma promptly prepared the room. Thank you, Skycastle. We highly recommend staying here again next time we're in Batu.

The villa assistant was very friendly and informative. The villa was more spacious than I expected. It was well worth the price. However, there was a power outage on the second day, making it a bit difficult to charge my phone before the trip home.

Thank God I got a villa with a complete service because I happened to bring a baby and arrived late at night. It seems like it would be fun to bring a big family because there are 3 rooms and lots of beds provided even though I only have 4. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi too, there is a rooftop for hanging out, karaoke, barbeque, the only downside is that the hot water is sometimes not hot enough. Everything else is complete, the most important thing is that the villa is clean and there is a mini bar provided so I feel at home just staying in the villa all day… Tengkyu Star Castle Villa

In essence, the facilities really support the kids... only the rooms are close together heheh... overall it's okay and recommended... my favorite is the jacuzzi...

the villa is great, comfortable, clean

Interested because there is a jacuzzi even though it is not hot in general but it is enough to neutralize the cold water so the kids feel at home playing in the water, we did not use the upstairs room because it was not comfortable. There are 2 additional rooms but the plastic should be opened because it is not comfortable for sleeping. The hot water in the bathroom is steady.
