Great place to stay near Bridgetown, the building needs refurb asap. Had a cockroach come join me through a wall in the bathroom which I would imagine would freak people out. I think they upgraded me as the room was massive

Updates needed to the rooms and bathrooms. But overall, good service and good location.

The Radisson location is lovely and staff is very nice and helpful. However, the bath room we had was not clean and with stains on the floor and in the shower. The restaurant food is very average.

The hotel isn’t in prime condición. Bar next door so load music on weekends. Staff not the friendliest.

We stayed one night before a cruise embarking from this port the next day. The reception was very friendly and welcoming. We had messaged ahead thru Expedia to advise that flight delays would cause us not to arrive until almost midnight. At check-in it was a very nice surprise to learn that they had kindly prepared us each a plate of sandwiches, fruit, and muffin “to tide you over until breakfast.” Our room was immaculately clean even if the furniture and fixtures showed some age and wear. The location is right on the beach, with water views. At check-out, the government that we has to pay directly to the hotel was twice the amount Expedia had stated on our receipt. We would stay here again.

The property was close to the port. We had one dinner there and went to different restaurant. The concierge was very helpful. The rooms were OK, but the floors were not very clean and the hairdryer was sticky like it was dumped in a bottle of syrup. was not overly impressed.

Food was delicious, beach and pool nearby. All maintenance issues were quickly fixed.

The rooms were clean and neat. The pool is kid friendly. Easily accessible to a beach and eating places in walking distance. The restaurant food was delicious. All the maintenance issues were quickly rectified.We had an enjoyable stay.

Adrian was a great bartender. The hotel and rooms need an overhaul but the proximity to the water was stunning

Great location. East access to the east and south coast of the island. Tons of beach activities within walking distance. Excellent and friendly service from staff.

The best thing going for this hotel was it staff. The patient people are very nice very accommodating however the facility was not.

It is on a nice beach on Carlisle Bay. Very convenient and close to a wide variety of activities and food/drinks. The staff are among the best we have ever encountered on our travels. Very pleasant and very helpful. Radisson corporate should really spend to renovate it as it appears tired, but that didn't take away any of our enjoyment.

Loved the easy access to the beach with beach facilities readily available. Breakfast buffet offered wide array. Water activities easily accessible from beach front

Limited bathroom accessories, room very tired, balcony not terribly clean. Most Staff looked unhappy and behaved that way so service very mixed
