The property can use some updates and renovation with painting in some areas of the hotel hallways and small areas in the rooms but overall it was ok. They can do better with getting top shelf liquor instead of the house liquor. The property landscaping is well kept. However, they do need to fix the tiles in the pool. People can and have gotten hurt.

Nice property on a beautiful beach. Big pool with lots of space and a swim up bar. Many food options. Unfortunately, the service was very very slow for everything. The restaurants, food service, concierge service….I am not sure if it is their lifestyle but I have never been to a country where the work staff doesn’t move with urgency. Not all staff are attentive. My butler Rodwin was amazing and helpful. More than one restaurant had a wait time of over an hour for food which was disappointing. I missed some night events due to this. Other than that, food was great and the island is gorgeous.

It’s was hard to find somewhere to drink unless I went to the Buffett. Numerous restaurants that were supposed to be open was not open, forcing me to eat at the bar on my birthday. Staff was nice however overall is extremely hard to reach someone

I came around Mother’s Day and my birthday had an amazing time. The food options was great I really enjoyed the local cuisine as I am Caribbean so I felt like I was eating home cook meals. I had an amazing Expedia rep Khadija she was so kind and helpful I give her a 10/10. The room was decent as well I really enjoyed my stay at Royalton Antigua and I would definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

The check in process was pretty smooth and I forget the young ladies name, but she realized immediately that I had requested two queen beds, but they were putting us in a king size bed. She ensured that they would work on rectifying that being that I had requested that directly through the property prior too. We were told we would be notified the next day. So without complaint we went to our rooms and began our stay. Yamin the mini bar attendant exemplified exceptional customer service and went out of his way to make certain that we had everything for the first night. But shortly after the nightmare began. We were called and told that our bags and things would be moved into the new room we requested at 12:00 p.m. Since we had not heard anything by 12;30 we proceeded to the front desk only to be informed that our room would not be ready until 3:00 p.m. Mind you we had not showered or anything because the right thing would be to move us from one room to the next being that it had been paid for over a month in advance. When I complained about this Jace Ann the front desk clerk seemed less than concerned, in fact she seemed irritated that I was even voicing my displeasure and unceremoniously said " well do you want to speak to a manager to which I said I did. Now enters Mandy the manager who just reiterated the inability to accommodate paying customers by just leaving us without a room for two and a half hours. We were told to enjoy the property. Management needs to do better.

Room was exquisite and room service was amazing. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive Mandy and Khadijah are amazing. The morning staff (waitresses) for the main restaurant was unpleasant, rude, not helpful, unprofessional and was heard and seen arguing and speaking negatively about guests. The roof of the restaurant was moldy and caving in. The restaurant was also infested with flies. For an indoor restaurant this was strange. The flies were eating my breakfast for me. There were no fly traps on the wall which would have been an easy fix. Making dinner reservation was extremely difficult as the Royalton app had incorrect days of operations for the restaurants and was a major inconvenience. Drinks from the bar were not the best however the female bartender at the pool bar made an amazing special frozen green drink which was a major hit. She was pleasant professional and hospitable. The vibe team at the pool was also amazing.

Staff seems unhappy to be here, very unfriendly, almost rude. Drinks are over poured, terrible cheap alcohol & mixes are thick nasty concentrate. Definitely an all inclusive for the quantity not quality.

Everything just miss out on the stake house and what I did not like was I didn’t get to watch my favorite game which is basketball as the Tv channels wasn’t showing it 😹

We had the best stay at this resort. This was my first time visiting Antigua and staying at the Royalton. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The Butler service was top notch. The food was delicious! I love this resort! The rooms and the resort was very clean. I will be returning very soon!
