Fabulous view of the ocean. Food and drinks were expensive although there was a daily happy hour every evening. We wanted a late checkout but they could only help until 12.30 but there were showers available which was helpful

My corner room was not ready so they gave me a suite , witch was fantastic plus there faculties are good great beach , beautiful

The hotel sits in a strategical area both for enjoyment beaches/water sports and good food. We enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff and lovely seafront location!

The hotel is old and beat up. Not so clean. They are renovating it slowly but it was one of the worst hotels I stayed in in a very long time. And I travel non-stop. Super overpriced for what it is. Only nice thing was the view and the beach. Great spot. Beautiful water and sand. They must renovate this place.

Resort was well maintained. Food was mostly good except one dish (e.g. shrimp bowl) was rather dry and lacked flavor.

Service was slow.

Mixed bag with this Hilton, which is in a superb location and has reasonably good amenities. The reception staff are good, but overwhelmed at certain times of day with long queues waiting to be attended to. Food in the restaurants was extremely good but a little on the pricey side. When restaurants were quiet the service was exceptionally good, but became a problem again at busy times. Pool areas, bars and beach all good, in lovely setting. We had a flood in our bathroom/room and while it was attended to it took 45 minutes for a maintenance person to come and nearly 3 hours for a room cleaner to attend by which time we had been forced to mop everything up ourselves. Compensation of $100 given, but not really the point given the disruption and time taken to deal with it. Overall impression is a very nice hotel, good amenities and staff, but possibly a problem with understaffing which impacts on service given.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The beach was a bit rough and other guests seemed to be saving beach chairs which was unpleasant . Overall the property was great and convenient to get to other nearby places.

The staff was incredible! Everyone is so friendly and kind. The resort is beautiful and clean and the food and drinks are delicious.

All good - except be aware of the water that I experienced as being muddy. The staff took care of it blaming it on recent renovations .

Hotel public spaces and room very tired and in need of refreshment

The hotel shows signs of wear and tear everywhere. Lunch at beach took two hours. The staff was great but they need more pool restaurant staff. Not enough pool and beach lounge chairs. People allowed to throw a towel on a lounge chair and walk away for hours. Rooms were nice, just need updating. All in all a nice resort but not 5 star.

Hotel needs a little TLC. Everything needs to be painted. Hot tub broken all week. WOuld love more activities. Maybe a steel drum band or somehting. Food it pool was good but all others mediocre.
