Great hotel close to the airport with a huge mall connected. Rooms are clean with the expected amenities. Nice pool and good restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Check out Red Crab restaurant located right next door for a lovely meal.

Old refurbished hotel in a not so nice neighborhood

The Front Desk Andrea was amazing and very kind.

The Staff is Amazing super friendly and breakfast is awesome. 10 starts.. I recommended the Sheraton in Guayaquil over any other Hotel.

Check in process was very slow, otherwise property is really good, location is very good, mall is just across the street & has a walkway connected with the mall.

Received hotel shuttle pick-up from airport by a hotel staff waiting inside the airport. The buffet breakfast is also excellent.
