Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean. In terms of noise I got woken up by the loud closing doors - why do hotels not have quiet closing doors in this day and age? The hotel and room itself were a bit dated. The area is okay, but it’s better to stay in La Carolina as a tourist.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was not great in terms of walkability to sights and restaurants, and not much was open when we arrived on a Sunday might, but we were able to easily get taxis to go wherever we needed to go.

Nice hotel. Clean and very nice service. The only room for improvement is the high price of breakfast. Even a small coffee is USD$8

NH was a great location. I just didn’t feel like it was a 5-star. However, the service was SPECTACULAR! The employees were insanely kind and nothing tops that!

our premium XL room was quite decent, not big but not small, with a good bed & furnishings, a couple of chairs & a table. Bathroom a bit small. - AC in rooms not effective. Room doesn't go below 20.5c even when AC is set to 16c and run for a long time. - We had to change room once because of AC not working & fridge stinking. The second room was better. - wifi worked well - service by hotel staff was very good - breakfast spread was quite good, and included an omelette station - generous checkout at 1pm

It's a very clean comfortable hotel. I also received great service from Giovanni!
