Very clean rooms, good food, nice pool area with swim up bar. Excellent choice for staying by Guayachil Airport. Shuttle to airport on the hour

Mold on bathroom baseboard. Food in restaurant terrible. They do not serve cocktails at the restaurant only in the bar.

Pay more attention to the housekeeping. I had to use shampoo to take a shower because the shower gel container was empty. A dental kit was missing too.

This hotel is older but rooms are clean and nice. The hotel has restaurants which is good as there did not seem to be much else around it.

Ckean and organized place

They charged me $25 more than what hotels.com had quote me. Stained towels, empty tissue box, water came out of the faucet so strong making everything was wet, the curtains were ripped. Asked for slippers, never got here. My family paid $140 for the same room and I ended up paying $220. I am not satisfied at all.

I liked having the restaurant available in the lobby. The outdoor pool was nice too.

Nice hotel with plenty of food options around it and the access to the lounge on the executive floor was a plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our suite had 2 full bathrooms. The only negative comment will be the lack of enough towels in the room, only 2 for a reservation for 3 adults. We got additional towels delivered upon request. Nice short stay on a very safe location.

The pool area and spa was a plus the food option inside the hotel was a plus. All the international tv stations listed were blocked the property is amount a lot of poor baggers and on the edge of high crime area

Nice, lots dining. Area around not nice. Noisy lounge music I’m hearing in my room on 5th floor, as I’m writing at 10. I have a 4:00 bus to airport, no sleep

The safety and convenience to get to everywhere

It's very close to the airport, the hotel is great, great food also. The only bad thing is, if you get a room in front of the elevator there is no soundproof in the room, and you can hear everything that is going on in the lobby, in our case it was the weekend and they were having singers over, so the concert you could hear from out room in the 4th floor. Other than that is a great hotel with airport shuttle that runs every half an hour and it's a 5min drive to and from the airport.
