The rooms were clean and very comfortable They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Very friendly stuff , I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Yerevan , its very close to the very famous cultural market (Vernisaj)

From check in to check out, everyone was warm and welcoming! We arrived at 6am and the receptionist welcomed us warmly! The room was spacious and has everything one would want in a hotel room. I was impressed that not just one, but a few of the receptionists called us by name! That's amazing, considering we were only 5 nights there! Truly a homey feeling. The only complaint would be better coffee! It tasted like instant coffee. Overall, breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruits.

Отель понравился. У отеля, на мой взгляд, идеальное расположение в самом сердце прекрасного Еревана рядом с площадью Республики. Минутах в трёх-четырёх ходьбы — большой супермаркет со всем необходимым. Заселение было быстрым. Администратор отеля был крайне приветлив и любезен. В отеле большой холл. Номер 303 достаточно просторный, мебель не новая, но всё хорошей сохранности. На кровати был очень удобный матрас, спалось отлично. Большие плюсы: наличие в номере чайника и холодильника. Из комнаты была видна гора Арарат. Правда, идёт стройка, и, боюсь, красивый вид скоро пропадёт. В целом, было чисто, правда, на полу в туалете были волосы. Хотелось бы, чтобы персонал клининга обратил на это внимание. Вода горячая текла сразу, протечек из душевой кабины не было. Полотенца приятные. Завтрак был хороший: выбор небольшой, но всё приемлевого качества. Хотелось бы, чтобы были не только варёные яйца, но и яичница. Поскольку в последний день у меня был ранний выезд, администратор заранее предложил мне заказать сэндвич. Весь персонал отеля, в том числе в ресторане, был очень доброжелателен. Wi-Fi у меня работал очень хорошо. В общем, у отеля прекрасное соотношение цены и качества.

Excellent location

The Hotel was average the staff was excellent. The location was good and close to everything.

Extremely clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff at the reception who are ready to help you every minute of the day. Very nice cleaning ladies. Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile. Of course the General Manager is there at every footstep checking all operations are running smoothly. During my stay tourists were from Canada, France, Germany, Middle East, London, Greece who greeted each other and talked about their trips and volunteer work they are doing. Great hotel to stay, will go back. I will recommend to my friends.
