Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool! Generally nice but disappointing that we couldn’t use mask or snorkel, not able to get a beach towel despite the open hours. Food was lovely and room was really nice and soacious

Staff extremely courteous, clean, food and hospitality great. Even did their glass bottomed boat with snorkeling three times, accommodateing on each occasion.

Room is old and small, Staff is not that friendly. Location is nice.

A bus load of locals arrived on our only day at the hotel and the hotel common areas were taken over by them with a disco, in the dining room and all around the pool. As it was raining, we managed to find a little communal shelter and had nowhere else we were able to go while they were there for at least 5 hours. I complained to the manager who said they're also guests. Yes - but you should make your overnight guests aware that the day spent with you will be overrun by day visitors. It's like having construction going on - we would have booked somewhere else.

Lovely staff - very accommodating

The hotel's location is relatively ideal, but the facilities are outdated. The air conditioner has no cooling or dehumidifying effect at all, the bathroom floor drain is clogged, and the swimming pool water is visibly murky. I have stayed at many star-rated hotels around the world, and among hotels in the same price range, this one offers the worst experience. Most staff members have a poor attitude—some even wear unfriendly expressions—and are unwilling to assist you. When checking in, the staff who help with luggage only pick the easiest ones to carry. After checking out, I booked a taxi with the front desk, but no one informed me when the taxi arrived; the driver waited at the car door for an unknown amount of time. The bellboy saw us about to leave, left his post in advance, and showed no intention of helping.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was great, rooms were clean. Stayed for 9 nights and couldnt fault the place!

This is a wonderful resort. The facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Our room was lovely. The food was brilliant. We would highly recommend this resort.

Extremely nice staff.

As a quick 1-2 day stopover before you fly out, and at the price, it is good. Much better than most of the other offerings in the Blue Bay area

Male security guard was rude and abusive. He refused me access to the hotel to deliver water to my parents and daughter It's a disgrace

The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice.
