Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep.

Great location and lots of amenities in the area. Access to private section of the beach.

Staff was very friendly, property was clean and the beach and eateries were in walking distance. Dining was very expensive, but I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Everything was great, a little construction going on for the days we were there, a little to loud during the day. Was not noted on the reservation and was unexpected affecting experience around the pool area

Clean, safe, basic plus level of stay. On vacation we like to look forward to breakfast, this wasn’t the case at ports of call.

This property is a perfect affordable option for those who want to be in Grace Bay without the huge price tag. Everything you need is within walking distance. The pool, grounds, and rooms were clean. The staff is friendly. And the rum punch was fabulous.

Indifferent staff. No beach towels. Couldn’t care less.

Only complaint is a bit musty smell in the room at times, and “fitness room” was musty smelling so we didn’t use it Everything else was great! Had balcony on second floor- great property

Loved the beach Hated the tv service, too complicated to just watch Fox News and then turn to a NBA game and back to Fox News

Check-in was not good. Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3:15pm and the room was still not available. Waited about 45 mins for the room. Housekeeping has done a poor job in cleaning in general and did not provided replacement of soap and towels. The property is average. Sandy at the front desk was helpful in providing recommendation for beaches. The only saving grace.
