The property is in a quiet location not far from town. Down side is dated furniture and outlook. Requires uplift and cleaning, Perhaps was a 4 start years back wouldn't rate it as such now may be 2. Adequate and friendly staff, though sometimes language barrier.

The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers.

Was brought to the hotel and asked to pay for the transport which they did not say how much before the transport. Then they told us they are full and sent us to another hotel which I paid for that hotel and asked for them to make sure hotels.com does not charge me. Did not do that for me. Poor management and support.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could be in better condition. It’s clean and all but everything is quite worn down.

The balcony was so nice to have. The outdoor music was quite loud while I was in my room. The dining was so nice open to the outdoors. The service was more than perfect!

I think this property has recently changed ownership or management since we last stayed there in 2017. It’s poorly run, terrible Management. The pictures on this site are misleading are not what the place looks like. Their rooms were nasty, mold in the showers, poor drainage, unvaccumed rooms. It was just a terrible experience.

The hotel needs to be updated however the staff were incredible. Restaurants good.new atmosphere

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential area. It was ideal for adjusting to the time change. It does require taxis to head to any points of interest. The food was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room needed updating (particularly the bathroom) but was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the Rwandan hills.

Some amazing photoshop done on the photos... place is falling apart, from shower heads to doorknobs... few staying here so while the staff were friendly, they hover around and watch your every move, impossible to relax. Does not match the price, 40 bucks maximum, even in Kigali. I left early. Beware the reviews, take a glance and you’ll see some patterns that arise suspicions of how genuine they are.

This hotel is so overrated. It's old and dumpy, although the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. In general though, the rooms are old and smell musty. There's no working elevator so you have to take mazes of stairs to the rooms. My first room had a leak in the ceiling which led to dripping all night. The shower was also spraying into the room. There are like 5-6 restaurants and bars in the place, but almost all empty except for 1-2 people. It may have been glorious back in the day, but now it's dated and overpriced.
