Everything was pretty good is a great hotel

The entire facility was beautifully kept—clean, inviting, and well presented. However, the first contact we have as guests sets the tone for the entire stay. If the reception or front desk staff are not warm, courteous, or polite, then even the most spotless and elegant building can feel unwelcoming. A genuine smile and respectful greeting make all the difference.

Bed should be cleaner and towel renewal policy should be displaued or disclosed properly. Road side rooms WAY TOO noisy.

Sort of off the beaten path. I booked for the restaurant since I was tired and didn’t want to venture out for dinner after traveling internationally for two full days. Turns out the restaurant is closed on Sundays though. They did arrange food delivery instead which was fine. But my options were Pizza, KFC, or Dennys. Would have loved a traditional local food option. The staff were all wonderful and overall this hotel was a great choice.

This hotel wasn’t the most appropriate one, it’s in front of a Main Street so those rooms facing the Main Street are super noisy

Cute small hotel! Rooms are Spacious, they give you complimentary water everyday, they also have an oasis with cold water on every floor. The staff is just amazing! Friendly and focus on providing guest a great experience from Check in to check out! The breakfast buffet is small but offers options if you want to have cereal, fruit, pastries or Honduran traditional breakfast. The bathrooms could use a little TLC but other than that a great experience.
