Building is in disrepair. Stairs dangerous. Food is good but long wait Bed is comfortable. Room is freezing and no temperature control. English of the staff needs a lot of work. Elevators slow as slow can be. Gym is good.

The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was okay but saw a goon for improvement in the bathroom. Breakfast options were also limited.

I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the room was spacious with very comfortable and clean beds. Breakfast was great, and I also had lunch and dinner, the food was delicious. The front desk staff were very helpful and kindly provided me with early check-in after a long journey, which I really appreciated. The gym, sauna, and relaxation facilities were impressive even better than many 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay! 👍

Ethiopian Airlines arranged this hotel for me in transit. I was transferred from the airport to the hotel by a van with other people. Check-in was smooth and the hotel room was spacious. However, it seemed a bit old and simple. Breakfast was free, but the buffet had very little variety and I could hardly eat anything. The reception staff was not polite, so don't expect perfect service. However, I won't complain because I was staying there for free.

This hotel is in an upmarket area close to the AU and UN offices. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is meh but if you like Ethiopian cuisine it's ok.
