It was a beautiful location for a great hotel. Very friendly service. The restaurant was excellent. I’ll stay again when I come back.

The hotel is wrongly market on Google maps and in the hotels.com reservation email. Spent 45 minutes driving through tight dirt roads in a residential area looking for the hotel. Eventually after three calls to the reception we got their pin sent to my WhatsApp. Turns out this place is called Stoney Hill View Villa on the maps. Arrived before 11pm. Restaurant was closed and no room service available. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Nothing.

The rooms are great. Very comfortable, humongous beds. Nice view of the mountains. If I am in Kisumu again , I will most probably stay here

Nice setting. Very clean, however air conditioner didn’t work and it took two requests and a flooded washroom to fix a plugged shower drain. WiFi was inconsistent and difficult to get on. Nice grounds and friendly staff. Excellent value for the price.

Enjoyed the spectacular views over city of Kisumu Lake Victoria and the Nandy mountains. Beautifully kept gardens viewed from the restaurant balcony. The hotel is dry so no noisy weekend drinking bouts, a secluded location with peace and quiet.

A nice experience but noted some decline in it's hospitality!

Pretty good accomodation. Attention to Facility maintenance is needed.

Very good position and property in the green with a view on the city and the lake. Staff is very kind. Room are spacious and clean. They need to improve the restaurant service, most of the plates in the menu are not available and due to the distance from town, there aren't any other facilities for eating nearby.
