service was not good

I asked to clean my room, but they did not with no explanation. And when check out, the mount of money I used I had to pay from the deposit they made from the check-in time, but I had to get the rest back though it was 300 Kenyan money(small), but they did not pay back. if the Counter girl would have explained me, I would have said, keep the change', but they did not say anything. It is a small matter, but no rightful service.

We had a ball ! It’s our third time here and this is our family hotel for good in Kenya !!! The room service is top notch ! All the people here are so helpful , so nice and accommodating!!! Can’t wait to come back ! Brian , zenais and Ethan !!!

All the staff were polite, very attentive , and accommodating. I will definitely be staying again when i return in May 2025

Check-in was quick. Welcome drink and hand towel was given. The porter delivered the luggage to the room and gave a tour of the room. The area is full of energy. Plenty of places to eat , socialize and shop. Sarit Mall including the above is a 3 minute walk. Streets are safe to walk, day and night.

Will definitely stay there in the future.
