Modern, clean, good location

We thought hotel looked interesting with the roof top restaurant that is highly rated and were excited to stay there. upon arrival and wanting to book a reso, they say it's only open on Friday and Saturday nights. Like, put that in your advertisements. Room was small, very hot and window only opened push out 3 inches. No air conditioner we asked and they said they had one portable one they could bring up but we were heading out for the day and didn't want them in our room while away. I'm allergic to scent, perfume, after shave, scented laundry soap, hair care products and soap with scents etc. They use all of the above, and the workers in the breakfast area had such scents on, it was hard to even eat. Could not use the bathroom hair products or hand soap, it was terrible smelling. Room could have been cleaner, sheets looked old and had some stains. Staff friendly but I will not be going back. It was noisy with traffic as well. Location was good for our needs, just very noisy as we had to sleep with window open all night as it was so hot. I had to cover my nose and mouth in the elevator it was so bad they pumped scent in it. Very bad and not healthy to breathe that.

Gran ubicación, pequeño pero comodo, bonita vista desde las habitaciones, el desayuno bueno con las opciones disponibles a la carta, que complementan el buffet. La parte que no me gusto son las paredes de vidrio arenado en los baños, se ve todas las sombras de dentro, siento que no hay privacidad!!

While we had a wonderful stay at this hotel there were some hiccups on the first night that could have easily been rectified. The AC unit was detached from the wall at the support bracket behind the AC unit which a technician could have easily attached with proper tools. The hotel staff instead of just reattaching the hose onto the bracket, they decided to bring another portable AC until which only cooled on ice. After an hour when the ice all melted in the AC unit the AC until was blowing out warm air. We advised the front desk and they brought another bigger portable AC unit to the room which ran on cold water which we did not want to keep refilling in the middle of the night while we slept. Specially the first night we were extremely tired from the travel. We finally asked the front desk to send a technician to fix the unit that was connected to the wall as we stepped out for a few hours to go sight seeing. When we returned they did have the AC Unit reattached with the hose and the issue was fixed. A few first hours of inconvenience could have been avoided. The hotel staff could have gave us two extra bottles of water when we asked as a courtesy for the inconvenience but they wanted to charge us which was disappointing. I’ll think twice staying at this location again unless they can make it better.

Great hotel. Great staff. Manager Oscar Fuentes was an awesome host. Made us feel like home. Made us feel welcomed. Oscar went a step beyond to help us set up our tours throughout our stay. Thanks to Oscar we will definitely come back!

No irons in room or bathrobes and this is in the presidential suite. Hotel could have been cleaner , the bed sheets could of been cleaner

It had what one needs, without being luxurious, it had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were modern and comfortable.

Una muy buena opción si lo que se busca es ubicación! Muy cerca de las principales calles de la ciudad. El equipo debe estar mejor capacitado para brindar una mejor atención y experiencia al cliente. El hotel tiene muy bonitas vistas de la ciudad y debería aprovecharse de mejor manera esos espacios!

Inviting and welcoming staff. Dining in the restaurant was a treat. Paul and Luis took great care of us. The modern room overlooked the futbol stadium which allowed us to watch a futbol game. I will definitely return to this property.
