Its a nice place with almost anything you needed in walking distance. But only stay there is you want to disconnect from the rest of the world the wifi was horrendous. Frequently going in and out in the rooms and balcony even in the bar and restaurant. I go in on Saturday and the pool was cloudy by Sunday night and didnt get cleaned until Wednesday morning. I was in a swim out room. Other than those two thing it would have been great. The food in the resturant was excellent. Without a doubt it is worth getting the all inclusive package if you stay here.

It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and supermarkets.

I had a great time at the Coco Palm. They were absolutely so nice. Everyone was helpful! The food was delicious. Although I didn’t get all inclusive I did have lunch and dinner there once. I had breakfast every morning and it was great. There were restaurants and bars right outside the resort. The only issue I had was housekeeping stole an item out of my room. I checked in with the item and several employees saw me with including the manager. Of course the cleaning staff denied they took anything. That was an unfortunate end to a relaxing and beautiful trip.

The staff was absolutely first class. Bryan, Hazel, Nadia were so kind and always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. Room was really nice and it had the swim up style balcony. My daughter and I couldn’t have asked for such a great experience!! The food was also absolutely delicious and amazing too! I’m tearing up right now because I already want to go back!!!! Thanks Coco Palm for everything!

The place is very nice, the employees were very attentive and polite. I will stay again there next time. The onpy problem was the broken pool and the area around is quite rough full of potholes.

All Inclusive for 16 days. We had a good stay, rooms clean, comfortable and functional. We found food good quality, however menus are rather restrictive, would suggest varying Lunch/Dinner options and offering daily specials. The Easter Sunday lunch buffet was fantastic, it was a real shame this isn't offered every Sunday. Garfield the guest relations manager is very friendly and helpful. Ganet at Breakfast/Lunch supervisor has eyes on everything and is brilliant. Male supervisor in evening not a clue, needs training by Ganet!. Our stars of the stay: Migel, Hazel, Vernessa & Celine. Our biggest gripe: pool advertised as open 7am-7pm, however on week 2 was never open earlier than 10:30, and it was as late as noon which wasn't great for little ones or if you needed a plunge to refresh.

Staff was really nice and the atmosphere was nice not forgetting the food it was excellent.

Overall a good experience. The all inclusive option had restrictions which kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive but it was still beneficial.

I stayed at the coco resort and the time away was great. Needs much updates throught out the whole place. There many mosquitos and the air conditioning is on it's last leg. It is next too many shops so if you want to grab something it is right there.

I enjoyed by stay. The property was kinda dated but the food and the service made up for that. I definately will be back!!!!

We stayed for 10 days in coco palm from 3rd of April 2025. The hotel is in a nice location at Rodney Bay with 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches. It is one and half hour from UVF airport to the hotel. Staff at the receptions; Carleen, Roxanna and Vincent; were very polite and helpful. The Bartender were kind and helpful with smile all the time. He knew his job very well. Waitresses and waiters ; Ellisa, Chrizen,... were very kind and helpful. They all were doing their best to serve any customers with any taste. We were frustrated on our arrival at the airport. The hotel supposed to send a taxi for us but it never turned up. After one and half hour waiting, we took a taxi to the hotel. Lunch and Dinner had set menu. Food varieties were OK. But Breakfast needs some improvement in regards with more fruits, varieties of chesses. Unfortunately, wooden beds were old and making noises and need some repairs and fixing.

The property is located in a good location. This was my 3rd time staying at the property. I would say that there needs to be some updating and deep cleaning. This time some of the bed frames and furniture in the room were molded. There was also some mold in other areas of the room and the shower house needed changing. My stay outside of what is mentioned above was good, but management should address this.

My stay was fabulous. I liked my room, view, breakfast and drinks at Ti Bannane. Staff were helpful and often went above and beyond. The location to the Village is second to none. The pool is large but perhaps too shallow , there are several outdoor spaces to chill and the beach is only a few minutes away. I got a good airport taxi driver. Only hiccup is my bedsheets were a little dirty and the balcony could benefit from a couple chairs and/or a small table.

I am glad we did not book all inclusive, I have never had such terrible service. We ate there the first night and then ate out every night. We often waited 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while locals seemed to be getting theirs topped up. The bar staff had a really poor attitude, such a shame as outside of the hotel the St. Lucian people could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Overall the property is well kept, the rooms were spacious, good running water, excellennt AC. The staff are friendly and helpful with any problems or concerns that arises. The breakfast that was included was alright, wish they had more choices and options. I like that we were walking distance to various stores and restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the resort. CM

There is a Wi-Fi problem in room 112. The General Manager, Mr St.Rose was very rude and out of place, threatening to lock me out of my already paid in full room.

The free breakfast buffet had a lot to be desired. The other meals were acceptable. The property could use an update, ie bathroom and bed in room needs to be replaced.
