The resort is really nice. The customer service is amazing. I read previous reviews before I went and they were wrong. From the workers at the front, restaurants, and waiters everyone is amazing. I had a ocean view, which was amazing. The rooms are modern and nice but too many ANTS. I had so many ants in my room. The beach and pool is clean and nice clear and calm water. Food is mediocre. Nothing special, I wish they had more of the native island food. Italian restaurant is the best food. Entertainment on the restaurant is mediocre.

Great property, great staff.

Overall it was good. The food and drinks were 10/10 nothing we had was bad everything was great. The service however is a bit slow. Takes a while for everything but once it arrives its fresh/hot. Check in staff / process was also very good. We did not like the room we had and they took care of it the following day. All in all good hotel, not super luxurious if that's what you're looking for but way above average.

We enjoyed our stay at Secrets St. Lucia. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort is a good size, set on a beautiful property and gorgeous beach. The food at the à la carte restaurants for the most part were very good. No reservations required except at the tappanyaki. However, the buffet breakfast and lunch were basic and very repetitive. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We would definitely return to Secrets St. Lucia and would recommend it to our friends and family.

We had enjoyed our stay at Secrets in St Lucia; much to do in the resort, pool, swim out and the dining was magnificent 👌 😀..!We did enjoy the staff all over, sorry can't name them all. Yes and thank you for taking care of the 🐈 Cat's we've enjoyed playing and feeding them. Jenny and I are planning to visit next year in 2026. I'm sure many are coming back for complete relaxation 😌

The property staff was amazing, but the food was bland and just not impressive. The alcohol selection was bottom shelf and limited. We met other people from other resorts and their experience was completely different and Breathtaking. We love the local food and wished they served more at the resort. We came all the way from America not to have an American experience.

Having read the mixed reviews of this location, I think things must be improving by the day there. Our stay was exceptional. The food was great, and the drinks plentiful. We stayed in a preferred King Swim Out that was absolutely gorgeous and our concierge was amazing. A great stay, and I will be going back again for a longer trip. Highly recommend!

Resort was a wonderful haven. Staff was very courteous, friendly and genuine. Amenities were good and the food options were excellent. Beach was clean and pool area was nice. Activities were fun and entertainment staff were very good at including everyone.

Great resort amazing view and wonderful staff and entertainment. Only issue is we didn’t enjoy that dining wasn’t fully indoors. Would prefer to have food and self protected from flies and birds.
