The room size is spacious, the breakfast is varied and delicious, suitable for a vacation with family, there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, the beach is clean and there are lifeguards so playing is more comfortable because it feels safe.

Small things really matters for me. I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here was a perfect choice. I felt like the staffs were really friendly and they asked me to surprise my girl at the restaurant was a perfect morning for her. Thank you for the kindness! I want to be back someday.

for a 4* hotel the price is quite expensive maybe because it's a resort.. unfortunately in the ocean view sunset room (504) there is no plug on the nightstand, only one near the water heater and even then I have to prop it up with a glass plug. breakfast is quite varied, the taste is just so-so. What I like is the friendly service, always smiling (positive) & ready to help, at first I was given a room that was rarely occupied so it smelled musty, but thankfully they were quick to move me even though it took me longer to rest.

The scents of the soap, shampoo, hand soap, bubble bath, and other items are top-notch.
Parking is far from the lobby and requires a shuttle. Make sure you have all your essentials with you when you check in.

Thank you, Mr. Ferry. My family and I were able to check in early when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The hotel facilities are child-friendly and complete. There's a game room, rooftop bar, private beach, pool, spa, kids' club, and restaurant.
The most impressive thing was the private beach across from the hotel. You can request a ride there. The kids loved playing in the sand and then swimming in the pool in front of the beach.
The only downside is the limited number of power outlets, only two. Charging your phone and other things is very limited.

The best hotel in Anyer. The hotel is really nice, the view is also beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, very complete facilities from the private beach, kiddy room, swimming pool, game room, cafe. My son really enjoyed staying here. The hotel staff is also very responsive and friendly, can check in early if there is a room available. Really liked Mba Regina's service. If I go to Anyer, I will definitely come back to stay here again.

The hotel was cozy and very family-friendly. We were lucky to get an early check in since we arrived on a weekday and there were a few rooms available. We came to celebrate a birthday and a babymoon but there wasn’t any complimentary gift, they did leave a message on the window, which still a thoughtful touch. We had to wait a little longer for the shuttle car to take us around, but overall it was a truly memorable staycation. We’ll definitely be back!
