We loved our stay at Divi! The room was clean, the employees were all very kind and friendly, and the food was super yummy!

Spacious, clean and up to date rooms. Staff is incredible everywhere in the resort. Very accommodating to our daughter who has a gluten allergy. She had no issues all week.

Would totally recommend this resort! The staff was so nice. The beach was beautiful. Lots of options with drinks. Loved the breakfast buffet.

Great beach location with excellent staff. The resort is quiet & laid back (limited activities and entertainment). If you want a beach party, look elsewhere… this was relaxing with great food and drinks. Only criticism was if you wanted anything to drink beyond water and coffee before 11am (when bars open) you’d have to purchase or go into buffet and sit for service. Was weird that we had a mini fridge in room but really didn’t have anything to put in it unless we purchased. Overall was a great experience

Amenities and room.

The staff was friendly at times, and not so friendly other times. It was hard to get help for things like clean towels, bedding, etc if daily hoThe phone in the room was non-working and trips to the front desk for basic items were challenging sometimes.

We loved our stay at the Divi. Room service was excellent. Staff everywhere was super nice & helpful. The only thing I would recommend would be to stop the entertainment/bands/music by 10pm. Some guests like to sit around the pool in the evening in the quiet instead of the extremely loud music. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Need to offer de cafe coffee at all restaurants and make it easier to obtain at breakfast We had to request de cafe and then ask a waiter to bring it. Sometimes 5 min wait. Same for a second cup. Bring back the carafes of decafe coffee for table

Wonderful vacation spot. Great beach, good restaurants and friendly staff. The pools were clean and well kept. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and pools and easy access to towels. The cleaning staff were great too!
