I recently stayed at Hanoi La Cascada House & Travel from September 8th to 11th, 2024, in the Deluxe Double/Twin Room with Window. My experience was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot praise the front-liner teams enough. From the moment I arrived, the front-liner staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly welcoming and quick to assist with any needs or questions I had. Their warm hospitality and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently provided excellent service, helpful recommendations, or just a friendly smile and conversation. They truly made me feel at home and were a key part of what made this visit special. I highly recommend Hanoi La Cascada House & Travel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The exceptional front-liner teams ensure every guest has a stellar experience.

There is nothing to complain about, it's clean and tidy, the ladies are friendly, gentle and affectionate kkk

Except for the room air conditioning being a bit weak, everything was ok. The room was nice and clean, they even let me check in 2 and a half hours early without asking for an extra fee. Next time I have a chance, I will definitely come again

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located very close to tourist attractions.
