The hotel staff was a bit unfriendly, the room floor was dusty, and the bathroom lacked amenities. During my two-day, two-night stay, around 11:00 noon, there was a constant noise outside the door, as if someone was trying to pry it open, but after checking, there was no sound. The noise was there every two days, around 11:00 noon. But overall, the room was comfortable, with a refrigerator and a smart TV.

This is my second time booking in Eclipse Kerobokan. It's near to go to Canggu or Petitenget area. Room always clean, vibes are good, also the room is wide and not noisy even though they are on the road side. Worth it!

We have checked again and made sure the air conditioner is cold. Regarding the window, our staff has also checked again and made sure the window can be locked normally. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Comfy bed. Hot shower, AC, wifi all worked just fine. Each room has a small balcony. Building looks pretty new. Location is pretty good, just by the main/big road and near city center. Not many places around but you can easily travel elsewhere or you can also have your food delivered by gofood/grab. Overall had a nice stay and great value for money for what you pay.

It was great staying here even for just a night! The place was really clean, the AC worked very well. The staff wasn’t there all the time due to COVID-19 but everything seemed good. Will go back here later!
