1. To enter the hotel, you have to pay for parking and per person (even though you've already booked the hotel). 2. Paying 25,000 per person only gets you one free photo spot. 3. The toilets are smelly and not very clean (there's moss). 4. You have to pay another 10,000 to ride the shuttle. 5. You have to pay more to enter other attractions. 6. The waterpark pool is green. 7. The restaurant wasn't ready. Many of the food stalls were empty, and you had to wait an hour for the dishes to come out. Hopefully, there will be improvements.

The room was leaking, the flash wouldn't work, and there was a leak. Please add it if possible so that those staying overnight will no longer be charged an entrance fee. Thank you.

Friendly staff and family friendly place

The food is top-notch. Cleanliness is lacking, with rats and cats on the ceiling. Directional signs are lacking. But overall, it's top-notch.

It was a really fun holiday here, like exploring many places.

The hotel staff are friendly...just a little complaining. The restaurant is hard to reach at night. And when you eat at the restaurant, you still have to wait a while for the food to arrive...off roll, all the facilities are okay

The place is very comfortable, nice, and there are lots of recreational places.

The bathroom is dirty, the trash can in the bathroom has used diapers & smells.

The staff was quick to clean the room, but honestly, the tent area wasn't very comfortable due to the many insects. Perhaps you could use another area, as there are plenty of nice ones too.

The service and hotel area are quite good, but for glamping, the rooms are less than clean, and the toilets need an exhaust system.

This is my second experience staying with my family at Chevilly. The atmosphere is comfortable, nostalgic, and fun. The kids are asking to come back again and again. However, this second time, we stayed at the campsite, and my husband was a bit disturbed by the music from the guests. So, during the day, he couldn't rest. The noise was incredibly loud. Perhaps they could consider having a rest area for guests with sound systems, not close to the guest rooms. This would ensure everyone's comfort. Thank you, Chevilly, for adding color to our vacation.

I booked three glamping rooms, but there was a mistake. I was supposed to get a double bed, but instead I got a twin bed room. I was a bit disappointed with such a mistake. Breakfast is varied, though. There's also a 25,000 IDR entrance fee for overnight stays. The area is spacious, perfect for family gatherings.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in and check-out are fast, but unfortunately when asking for an additional glass because the glass is only one, you have to put your ID card as collateral.

Thank God, the place is comfortable and not too congested. The views at Chevilly are stunning, the service is friendly, it's perfect for a morning run, and the kids also enjoyed playing here. Thank you, Chevilly.
