everything is good, the downside is the miscommunication between the breakfast staff and the CS, previously the CS allowed it to be delivered to the room when checking in, and I waited for breakfast to be delivered to the room, it was past the time but it was not delivered, but when I called the CS they said it could not be delivered, I was a bit disappointed because I was in a hurry, so I was forced to have breakfast downstairs

Stayed here 3 times, disappointed twice. Booked a room for 2 people but the cleaning service was corrupt 😹, given 1 soap, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste and toothbrush, 1 sandal. Complained, ignored. The water for morning shower is orange …. Thank you.

What impressed me the most was the hotel's comfortable atmosphere and suitable for resting. The location is also strategic, close to malls and culinary centers.

book 2 rooms. clean and bright rooms. so don't be afraid if you're alone in the room. only the bathroom is a bit slippery because the floor is granite. the restaurant food is plentiful and all delicious... want to try everything but my stomach capacity doesn't allow it 🤭🤭

Overall it's good, very helpful because the location is on campus where my child is taking the exam.

Our room was upgraded from a smart twin to a superior twin without any additional costs..wow, I was so happy, the room was bigger and cleaner than the smart room we stayed in before..thank you UNP Hotel

Comfortable and close to everywhere, there is an ATM in front, walk a little further ahead to the UNP gate, near the mosque.. the room is spacious, the price is friendly, only the wifi is a bit slow.. I wish the TV was already a smart TV, it would be fun..

My husband, son, and I stayed on April 5-6, 2025, in rooms 340 and 344. My husband and I occupied room 340. When we entered the room, the smell of cigarettes immediately hit my nose, it turned out that I was given a smoking room. Usually when I book on Traveloka, I always ask for a non-smoking room, but this time I forgot. I wanted to change rooms, but it was unlikely to be granted, because just to check in, I had to wait 20 minutes because the room wasn't ready, even though I checked in at 14.00. Apart from that, everything was fun.

The staff is not very friendly, the lift point should be in the middle.
