My two-night stay at the UNP Hotel & Convention Center Air Tawar was quite good and comfortable. The hotel grounds and rooms were clean, with complete amenities, and a smart TV. There's a swimming pool, but currently only the children's pool is available. I tried room service, but the wait for food was quite long, over an hour. I ordered fish and chips, but they came with chicken, not fish. The hotel is strategically located on campus, close to the main road and Basko Grand Mall, and not far from Transmart Padang.

The Deluxe Room is spacious and clean. The food is delicious and varied. The price is reasonable. It's easy to access.

The staff is friendly… hopefully the adult pool will be ready for use soon.

The first time I stayed here, the room was nice and maybe when I stayed I got a new building so when I entered I could really smell the wood but it wasn't a problem, the only downside was that it wasn't soundproof, you could hear conversations in the next room.

The check-in process took an excruciatingly long time, even though I arrived at 4 p.m. I was still kept waiting for over an hour. I booked two rooms, and only one was ready, and the other room wasn't given until the evening.

With an affordable budget, you can get clean and really good facilities.

Good stay! I love it! The price was reasonable, the room is huge! Breakfast ok. It will be so much better if they use smart TV. Lol. Overall, I will be back here again when I visit Padang.

The breakfast food is delicious, but the menu could be changed if possible. There's an adult pool, but it's unused, which is a shame. Hopefully, it will be opened to the public.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I thought the hotel would be average, but upon entering, it was surprisingly spacious, with a swimming pool in the center of the hotel, making it perfect for families. There's also a rooftop restaurant with stunning city views. I highly recommend staying here again.

The drainage system wasn't working properly. Instead of being moved, they stayed in their room while repairs were carried out.
