Comfortable, overall clean, but the bottom of the bed is dusty and there is trash. The service and hotel staff are good. Maybe the TV can be maximized again because the picture is not clean. Happy to be able to stay at UNP hotel. Recommended for staying.

everything is good, the downside is the miscommunication between the breakfast staff and the CS, previously the CS allowed it to be delivered to the room when checking in, and I waited for breakfast to be delivered to the room, it was past the time but it was not delivered, but when I called the CS they said it could not be delivered, I was a bit disappointed because I was in a hurry, so I was forced to have breakfast downstairs

Stayed here 3 times, disappointed twice. Booked a room for 2 people but the cleaning service was corrupt 😹, given 1 soap, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste and toothbrush, 1 sandal. Complained, ignored. The water for morning shower is orange …. Thank you.

What impressed me the most was the hotel's comfortable atmosphere and suitable for resting. The location is also strategic, close to malls and culinary centers.
