Everything was excellent. May be the price could be down a little.. It was a little overpriced.. But I would recommend to others..

Overall very nice stay, wonderful room and great nights rest, pool could be larger, but nice area 9.3/10. Hotel was very clean and rooms appeared recently updated. Stayed on the second floor and had a view of downtown and could just see the water. Had nice shower, good temperature and pressure. Stayed in king size bed and it was one of the best beds I've slept in, very comfortable with really soft sheets. Floor was not carpet and clean. Had water available and fridge. Restaurant downstairs was fairly good, mushroom pizza was my favorite. They had a very small pool with fake grass around it, but very nice ambiance with waterfall, loungers and mountain view. Very relaxing and peaceful. Overall very nice place to stay, but would consider more quaint then luxurious. Staff was very kind and remembered me. They had an airport shuttle for my late night flight and it was cheaper than a taxi.

I stayed for 1 night before starting on a dive livaboard. I was on the last flight coming into Koror from Guam which arrived at 1 am. The hotel picked me up and took me to the hotel. Hotel desk is open all night. The room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great. Cooked to order eggs and omelettes. I will stay here again. Bill

The hotel is really a great to stay, convenient, car rental, relatively easy parking. If the price can be a little lower,, that would be helpful for the travel per diem provided by the company.

Loved the large room and the separate tub and walk in shower. Breakfast was included, they were next door to a great Spa (I recommend Irene) and they had a restaurant/bar attached. Perfect!

We loved staying here! Breakfast was wonderful. All staff members were warm and pleasant. It was very convenient having the restaurant within the hotel and we enjoyed many delicious dinners there. We would absolutely stay again!

Thi hotel had great large rooms with a comfy bed, a bathtub and a separate shower, and even a bidet! They were super helpful with laundry and transport, when we needed it. The breakfast was really good, they made us omelettes and poached eggs on different mornings. They also granted us early check in and late check out. The spa and restaurant were also great, I had 2 massages and we had a couple of really nice meals and drinks at the Canoe House

We stayed at the Palau Central for one night before a liveaboard and one night on our return and both stays were terrific. The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly and super efficient, couldn't have asked for better. The hotel is perfectly situated to walk to various restaurants etc, would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing a little sanctuary in the city. Easy to walk to things. The restaurant The Canoe house has amazing food. Great staff I highly recommend

After checking out of an emotionally cold and expensive 5 star resort, I was so happy to have experienced Palau Central Hotel. The staff are accomodating genuinely, happy and friendly. Nothing is a problem. I really appreciated the courtesy drop offs to restaurants etc, the Canoe Bar adjoining the hotel is iconic and fun. Big comfy beds great air conditioning and big rooms too. Service and culture like this are winners . Thank you for restoring my faith and enhancing my holiday

Staff were very helpful

We liked our stay at Palau Central Hotel. Betty the cook made a mean omelet. The room was a little small but we liked the inroom safety deposit box. The hotel is next to Koror's hotspot- the Canoe Restaurant & Bar. They have a daily live band where the action is. Our room attendant was very nice & accommodating. There is a fee for airport transfer. The hotel is close to Koror's main shopping center where one can buy souvenirs, groceries, fresh produce, toiletries. They also have an outdoor pool. I recommend this hotel.

We arrived the morning of check-in and was able to store luggage at front desk and enjoy the pool and outdoor games while waiting for check-in. We were able to check in a few hours early which we really appreciated after long travel days. The staff are friendly, accommodating and the room and facilities are clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the chauffer service around Koror. We would highly recommend this hotel to future travelers and can't wait to stay here our next trip to Palau!

Excellent hotel, great central location, pleasant staff, in town complementary shuttle service, very good breakfast. All in all everything you expect from a fine hotel with extras.
