No rooms were available for us. They were fully booked! They said Expedia did not contact them! Please refund our payment!

I had paid for my stay in advance only to find the place fully booked. Had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night

Nice stay & property as it appears on website. Slight hiccup at checkin which was sorted out & we got our 2 rooms as booked. Manager was kind enough to drive us around for a city tour on Sunday - 4 hrs for 400 NAD each person. Very interesting history & tour was good. Also he drove us to the airport for our early flight for a reasonable price.

We stayed here one night upon arriving to Windhoek and it was fine - manager is helpful and room was clean, but after we traveled, we decided to return and this was a mistake. The only available room was room 2 on the first floor next to staff quarters, which would have been fine except the a/c didn’t work (no remote to turn it on), mosquitoes the entire night, and the guy who

they must just show the budget rooms also, because the budget rooms is not on the same property, and is misleading.

Tilla's Guesthouse is in a great location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. All-in-all this was a great value.

In a good location but my guest room was down the street from the actual hotel and bit difficult to find. Parking inside the gate is tight and one can easily be blocked in. Simple room but had all the necessities. No heat (pretty normal for Namibia) so the nights/mornings were cold (visited in winter) but there are additional blankets. Good value for money, but not a fancy place by any stretch.

Handy for the city. Good parking, WiFi and a fairly good breakfast. Stayed at the second site nearby and were very well looked after by Malcolm.

The room was a bit small for two very tall people. We only had one bag but it might have been more cramped with more luggage.

I was very happy with my 3 nights stay at Tilla’s. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room has everything, including tea/coffee kettle, small fridge and working A/C; the internet speed is good, and the breakfasts are fine. The only 2 points, that cannot really be changed, are : 1) It is a bit of a walk from downtown and there are no restaurant or corner store market in the vicinity that I am aware of. 2) it can be a bit noisy at night, because of other customers. This said, I would not hesitate to go back.

Very nice place with awesome hosts. A really nice family runs this hotel and always very helpful in any equerries we had. Also, the rooms were cleaned everyday. You'll get fridge, AC, really clean bathroom and TV with (I guess, satellite). Also, on the territory they have a nice conference room, where you can held a meeting for 20-30 people. The wifi signal everywhere is solid and fast. Also, they have a beautiful parrot, who can say some English words)) The location is in a intellectual place - some universities you can find there. Also, the names of the streets around are Bach, Beethoven, Strauss and other great musicians) Overall - great place! Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night. We requested two rooms but when we arrived they only had one in the main building. We were put up in an apartment a few blocks from the main building. The apartment was clean, and had enough supplies. We liked the apartment very much. We drove back to the main building for breakfast, which was fine, but the breakfast is somewhat minimal.

We did have a minor hiccup for allotting one single bed instead of 2 as per our booking. The owners admitted the mistake by their staff while entering particulars and corrected the situation in quick time. For breakfast, they ensured we had adequate vegetarian food. overall friendly assistance.

A very good place to stay in Windhoek, only a 1.5km walk to city centre. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet in my room did not work terribly well, nor did many or of the power outlets. Other than that a fine stay.

The staff was super friendly and the room was neat and clean. There was no hot water when we used the showers which made the stay less pleasant

The breakfast wasn't great, but the staff is laid back, accommodating, and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Good beds too.

A very comfortable B&B at a reasonable price. Residential area close to the city centre and several good restaurants. Very acceptable for a short stay.

The rooms are big, clean, AC. But it was difficult to operate the refrigarator. The TV channels didn´t work, looks like they didn´t pay. The bathroom had running water but the shower didn´t work properly. No soap nor shampoo
