Beautiful scenery, excellent food, and great music makes this atmosphere hard to leave. What a paradise!

Great resort, close to the airport, wonderful staff, best food we have had at any resort and lots of options. The bars made drinks as requested and with top shelf liquor if you wanted. We would have liked the entertainment to be earlier in the evening but the show we watched was great.

Resort is very clean. Room AC was great, never had issues with hot water. The food alone would bring me back--everytbing was delicious. The theme nights had the biggest spread of food. Unfortunately the beaches were experiencing an unprecedented amount of seaweed...not the resort's fsult by any means, butbwe could not enjoy the beach. The smell of rotting seaweed was so terrible. Their maintenance crew worked tirelessly to move it away, and the resort offered complimentary transportation to another beach.

So honestly I was a bit disappointed in this resort. I love going to Islands to enjoy the beach and if this is why you go to an island I do not recommend Coconut Beach resort. Their Beach is horrible and constantly covered with thick seaweed. They do their best to keep it cleaned up but there is so much that you cannot even get in the ocean. The pools were nice. Some of the workers were amazing while others were not so great. The food was only mediocre. The buffet pretty much had the exact same thing everyday and you have to get reservations to the other restaurants. If you're only staying a few days you only get to go one time each and that's if you can get in. Overall it was an okay place but I probably wouldn't go back.

I recently stayed at this resort with a group of friends and we had an amazing experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. It’s conveniently located close to the airport, which made traveling easy. We also loved the pools and all the facilities available and events they hosted, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Resort was beautiful and fun. We went at a bad time, the beach was covered in seaweed and we couldn’t use the beach and the smell was awful. When we were leaving it started to clear up. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The resort needs some upgrades, the room wasn’t very clean when we first got there but they did a good job at restocking everything every other day.

The property was a little outdated, but not awful. The service was good, and the food was great. However, the beach was not useable because of how much seaweed there was. Although they tried their best to clear the beach it was never clean enough to actually go in the water on the beach.

If you are traveling as a family and don’t mind not going to the beach then this is the resort for you. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The rooms were older but gave a fun Caribbean feel, especially for kids. The only reasons I gave it a 3 star is because the resort is on the Atlantic side of the island and that brought 4 days of massive, and I mean massive amounts of seaweed on the beach. That left a rancid smell in the resort and the beaches unable to be used. They have to figure out a way to address this.

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa exceeded expectations! The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, the entertainment kept things lively, interesting and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A fantastic all-inclusive experience—I’d definitely go back!

Great food and the staff was very friendly.

Had an amazing time, 100% will try my hardest to return. Here are small things I wish I knew ahead of time: —Quiet hours are NOT strictly enforced. Sometimes live music will be going past 11pm. Not a big deal but if you have a small child maybe request a room away from the stage area. —Avoid going on a “shopping excursion” on May 1st, everything is closed for the national labor holiday —Sargassum / sea grass is definitely a thing on the beach however they work tirelessly to take care of it. The beach is very swimable and safe. Had a great time, the water is relatively shallow for at least 50 meters from the shore —There are non-resort vendors on the beach. 99% of them are professional, polite, and cool. One in particular was very pushy and basically came across predatory. Would have preferred to know this ahead of time to avoid this specific beach area all together. There is a LOT of beach to walk and most of it is just open without any vendors it’s just a small area that has the vendors and like I said most of them will leave you alone. —Sufriere excursion was amazing. JT the driver was so cool. —All the restaurants were great. My most favorite was calabash, followed by seasons. —Vegan options were plenty! If you are vegan or vegetarian go to Seasons and order 1 of everything. —The kids area is amazing and drop off is optional. You can just go hang with your kid! The customer service and hospitality here is unmatched. Absolutely worth every penny. Go to this resort!

Staff was super friendly! The hotel rooms were neat and clean and there were numerous options for dining.

Had red tide that was not advertised. seaweed on beach stunk, shopping district was horrible. if i could have went back home when i got there without losing money, i definitely would have. just tried to make the best of it. there was not enough entertainment. only on the kids side. it was non existent on the adult side. Photos on expedia are a little missleading. was not happy.

Not much around the resort. Food was good and beach was nice, unfortunately a lot of seaweed but the staff worked hard to clear it.

Our family had a wonderful time at coconut bay. If you are looking for pristine beaches I would recommend staying somewhere else.
