Everything was perfect! The only slight negative was the wifi, not super reliable in our room.

Everything was great. Staff are super nice and helpful, and the lounge is a great place to relax.

The room is very clean, the staff service is at a high level, answering every question. A luxurious bed, the room has all the necessary equipment. The location is excellent - in the city, in a quiet and prestigious neighborhood. The lobby has a cool and unique atmosphere. The room is a bit dark, as part of the hotel's concept. There is a luggage storage service before/after check-in/out.

Perfect, like always before.

The staff is always lovely, but the hotel has worsened over the last year or two. Much of the Carpets and accoutrement have deteriorated. The breakfast has certainly been dramatically downgraded and is a much lower quality. I had several problems with the plumbing in my room that took days to Fix, and it was quite unsettling. Of course, the staff did their best, but they seem to be very restricted by their rules and can’t just offer you a new room without spending a day or two trying to fix the problem, which is not a solution when you need something addressed immediately.

Very comfortable room, in a up and coming part of the city. The design of the hotel is excellent, with a nice bar in the lobby. We had a large room with a very nice bed and a good view. The breakfast was a little overpriced, but it was very good quality.

All I will say is that don’t use anything from the mini bar. They charged me $70 for a mini bottle of champagne, I was in shock…
