Great location, good starter breakfast, free transportation around the area, very close to airport, cold AC in room. Room cleaning needs be looked at, not their strongest area. A little pricey at the bar and restaurant. Would stay again.

That it is new and the room was clean

We had mobility scooters and this hotel was easy and very accommodating for guests needing help or additional needs. The hotel might improve food services as there did not seem to be alternate choices in close vicinity although for our short stay it was adequate and the happy hour and breakfast met our needs.

Fully adequate airport hotel. The staff were very helpful and sweet. We enjoyed our stay.

We had issues with hotel side, we were told yesyerday that if we sign up for IHG membership that we are eligible for early check in and late check out. This morning we called at 10 AM and asked for a late check out and we were told NO, the rooms are already allocated. So, we rushed to get ready to vacate the room.My husband also called front desk to send for Bell to help with our luggage and scheduled a shuttle service pickup for MRU. Five minites prior to the shuttle is scheduled to arrive, no bell service so, we decided to drag luggages down and the hotel desk people are just staring with no offer to help. No one else was at the lobby since it is dead! We are fuming at this point and asked to speak with a manager. The Restaurant Executive Assistant Manager showed up and patiently heard all complaints.He cordially offered us lunch when we he found out flight is still 5 hrs away. The restaurant staff and Mr. Ved couldnt be more accomodating. Thank you, Mr. Ved for making it right. You are a Gem to Holiday Inn ,Mauritius.

Our flight was delayed, so it was a late night check in for a one night stay - but the hotel was nice

Everything was good. I would stay here time and time again, so convenient for access to the airport. Friendly staff and facilities great.

Staff was really nice, changed our bedding when I told them of found stains, fridge not working, maintenance came said door was left open, told him we had just opened the fridge and found it warm, was told to give it a few hours to see if it works, never did work, maintenance too lazy in my opinion to just change the fridge and deal with the fridge to appease the customer.

Personnel was amazing, super nice. The buffet is a NO GO👎

The staff were excellent. I travelled with a wheelchair and they were always willing to help, accomodate requests and make plans to assist.

Lovely airport hotel, free shuttle bus to/from airport, shopping and the beach! Wonderful pool to cool off. The 1933 restaurant is very tasty and bar makes lots of cocktails. Great stay for airport transfer.

It's a really nice hotel and the breakfast selection was really good and the most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that I had was mostly with the cleaners they would constantly not provide towels or top up on tea bags or on one occasion the cleaner jammed the sink plug in the wash basin was left with water and did not inform their colleagues of the issue so this was left for me to have to alert reception of the issues. I was having to inform the reception desk of things that the cleaners had not added or done on a daily basis. However apart from this I had a really good time, Although not the hotels fault their should be some facility for public transport to come near the hotel for guests who may want to use this to go out and about via public transport.

Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often.

First of all my stay itself was nice. My problems were- my room was not ready after I had corresponded with them weeks prior and they had asked my arrival time; which was 15:00… Secondly, a male staff member just unlocked & opened the door without knocking to my room as I was in it. He apologized and said he had the wrong room, but that was very awkward and I am glad I had clothes on !

Check-in was rigid! We arrived passed 2 p.m. room was ready after 3 p.m.the lobby was hot nonfan to cool down thewhile airing.

It’s a fine airport hotel.

Very good. Great for travellers.
