Very good experience

Nice hotel, clean room. Good value for the price. The food was good. Great location, close to the city center. I stayed at the Heron for 11 days. I got to know some of the staff. Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again.

A very good place to stay, and great value for money.

Pool was warm in the morning, and Gym and Spa staff were terrific.

The property was clean and neat. The swimming pool was perfect, and the spa and gym staff very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Customer service is 10/10, also is good location close to malls , classy restaurants. I would recommend to everyone that visiting to Nairobi .

Very nice hotel, comfortable with a local appearance - the right balance of traditional Kenya and modern comforts - staff were extremely helpful.

Fabulous breakfast!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo female travellers. On check out, the hotel demanded additional payment, and the men behind the front desk displayed aggressive behaviour. It was dark and very early morning with no one around. They called in extra men and wouldn’t let me leave until I paid them around $400USD. I had already paid the hotel for my stay. It was a scary experience.

Friendly staff. Rooms are big and have refrigerators, microwave, tea kettle. We enjoyed our stay. There’s also a pool and gym which we didn’t get to use. Can walk to CBD and arboretum from location

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious

Whilst architecturally some nice touches, hotel did not send transfer for airport pick-up. When called, they said had no record. Not the case though. Most frustrating. Service was slow, albeit staff most friendly. Biggest issue was noise. The rooms are not well soundproofed at all. Very lo Iittle sleep.
