It was a total excellent stay minus the television. I used my Netflix to offset this, but everything else was top notch...

simply amazing service and rooms and food

Had the garden view room, it was absolutely stunning. The pools and swim up bar fantastic. The staff throughout the facilities were nice, respectful, catered to the customer needs and wants, extremely friendly and polite.

View was amazing, staff was friendly, service was just really slow, we asked for waters every single day and had to go get them from the front desk after over a day of not getting any. The beach was beautiful and the property is clean.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and highly recommend if you want a slow-paced vacation.

Stunning property and amazing staff. 10/10 stay

The bay view was amazing. The all inclusive for everything on the menu was fantastic. Will definitely be back for another stay.

I’ll start with the positives. There were very beautiful views, the resort is on the smaller end which made it peaceful to an extent, and the rooms were pretty decent. However we had a quite a few issues. Extremely overpriced for the quality of service, food and amenities. The staff, though kind, are very slow and unreliable. For example, there were multiple instances in which we ordered room service which just never came. The steak house is the only restaurant where you pay, as it is meant to be a luxury experience. We sat for over 30 minutes at our table before even having a glass of water poured. We were promised a special discount upon check-in and yet when the check came they wouldn’t provide the discount. The icing on the cake with this experience is that the steak was pretty bad. My wife tried to use the blow dryer and a flame literally shot out and then it started smoking… I could go on, but will leave it by saying that I would expect more from a hotel that was half the price.

We really enjoyed going to the beach. Staff were very helpful especially Dumplyn, Nicole, Kevin, Marvin, and Andrew. Food and drinks were amazing in the resort. Rooms were clean but some rooms need some upgrades.

It was very nice until a huge group of people came then we felt we had to go hide to the lower pool and I was getting mold sickness from all the mold in the bathroom

Top floor room architecture was beautiful. View from the room was amazing. Cleaning staff and reception staff were very helpful. Better communication about specifics concerning excursions would be greatly beneficial. We found ourselves reacting to things we were unprepared for but easily could have been. Some of the facilities were old and in need of some minor repairs (slow draining sinks in the bathroom, broken stall door latches, etc.). overall I give our stay 4 stars. Wonderful experience.

Had a great stay

Truly an amazing experience here at this resort. I would definitely come back again in the future. My partner and I had a blast and the food was delicious! We had butlers assigned to us (shout out to Neil) and were truly supportive throughout our stay.

Felt like a tree house in the jungle with stunning views of the bay. The beach was great, but very small - only real let down during our stay. Zoetry is great for those not interested in leaving the property, lively atmosphere within the resort - especially by the swim up pool. Strongly recommend a bay-view room. Food was good, not excellent - to be expected with an all inclusive. We were motivated to see more of the island, we rented a car for two days and drove around visiting beaches, waterfalls, mangroves and hiking trails with lookout points. We also did a boat excursion which was excellent. Beautiful island, aesthetically pleasing resort, overall great value for the price.

It was just alright. Food was pretty mediocre, hit or miss. Small dumpy beach. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. And it rained every day. Was relaxing but boring here. No entertainment and no fun activities.

Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who explained everything thoroughly and welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink. We also met our butler, Ferguson, who assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. Even arriving around 8 PM, there was still a delicious buffet available for dinner, which was a great start to our trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a plunge pool that was cleaned regularly during our visit. Housekeeping was exceptional they came twice daily, and each evening they turned down our bed and left cookies, which was such a nice touch. Zoëtry is located in the beautiful Marigot Bay, and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The resort has a small, quaint beach accessible by a complimentary 5-minute ferry ride across the bay. Kayaking and several other water activities were also included in our stay, which we really enjoyed. We truly loved the staff and wish we could remember everyone’s names, but some standout team members included Jean Quan, Angel, Alex, Tony, Rashida, Andrea, Ferguson, Kaelan, and Neal. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and “my pleasure,” which made the experience feel warm and personal. Zoëtry Marigot Bay is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, breathtaking views, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation experience. We would absolutely return!

This is truly a very beautiful stay. I will say it is a little different than typical all inclusive resorts, more boutique like and rustic. Drinks were amazing and bartenders could make a lot of requests. The food was good, I just wish there was more to offer, but it was very fresh and flavorful. I feel like we had to keep revisiting the same restaurants. The view of Marigot Bay is incredible and so nice to do excursions because they can pick you up right from there. We did let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they did not do anything special to our room which was kind of upsetting since there are photos with other reviews and they have it decorated. The property is defiantly very calm and quiet compared to more party like resorts with entertainment. Only thing I would add is that I wish there were more servers for the pool, it seems like if we ever wanted anything we had to flag someone down or walk up to the bar/ pool restaurant. St. Lucia is so beautiful, the little beach area is awesome and they have water sports to utilize which is great.
