Kamarnya bersih dan ramah seperti hotel bintang 5. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan pasar, gereja, Tugu Jogja, gampang mencari makanan dan oleh-oleh, dekat dengan Indomart dan bakso es PK yang terkenal.

Penginapan di luar dugaan, ternyata sangat nyaman, bersih & enak, serasa di rumah sendiri. Pelayanannya sangat baik, orangnya ramah & membantu. Lokasi dekat ke Pasar Kranggan & banyak yang jual makanan sekitar penginapan. Akan kembali ke sini lagi kalau ke Jogja.
