The space is large and has a breezy balcony. The self-service check-in model is inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage, as you have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs (like I did) on the second floor, which is quite inconvenient and not recommended. A major drawback is that while they mentioned minimizing plastic bottles and cups, there were no chopsticks provided for guests; guests had to bring their own. Even if they were trying to save money, they shouldn't only provide one roll of toilet paper in the room, and no napkins, even though there's a place to eat. Providing self-service water bottles is certainly environmentally friendly, and I agree with that. I stayed on the 201st floor; I don't know if the floor above is occupied by the landlord or tenants, but there were occasional loud noises. If you prefer quiet, this isn't a good choice because the surrounding residential area makes noise unavoidable. However, the balcony is very nice.

Really loved my stay here, so serene and nice. The room was super clean and comfortable. The lighting is beautiful in the morning, and very atmospheric at night. Only complaint is I need to drag my 2 heavy suitcases up 2 flights, but with the nice experience it’s still so worth it.

The room was clean, with a stove and pans, and was quite adequate. The room was bright and had plenty of shelves to store things.

The check-in process is extremely cumbersome, having to enter passwords one after another. The room information on the app is not clear. The room is dirty, the mattress still has hair and dust when I checked in. The bathroom has no door. The only plus point is that the support staff is very enthusiastic (online).

It turns out that the location of district 1 is the farthest. So you have to travel another 3 km to get to the city center, the only drink refill is the dispenser on the ground floor, the wifi is often error, and it is difficult to complain because there is no receptionist who is on standby 24 hours, there is no daily room cleaning service, so you have to clean and tidy it yourself. But it is suitable for a long stay here because there is a kitchen, refrigerator and microwave, it is complete.

Lovely staff. The room is very very clean (my room is a bit messy). I am very satisfied with my experience here.

Instruction of check in is clear. Pretty good hotel for this value. Location is good as it 's near the airport of SGN.

Safe area and easy check in process; Spacious and full of light. However, some of the operation doesn't really work well (I ordered cleaning but it did not happen, and code was not provide for the extension of stay. Room should be vacuumed better (still have hairs and dirt under the mattress which is a bit concerning to me).

The room is large and comfortable, but the toilet has no door 🙂 The hotel has no reception, self check in, the room under yoga when I arrived there was dog feces on the carpet, when I entered I could smell the abutment, it was a room in a Nguyen Can house.

Service quality is too bad. I have made a special request to check out at 5pm, but still make me check out before 12pm.

Homestay with good automation, clean and comfortable room, but a bit less parking space & should take care of the air conditioning system more or buy a fan 🌝

Cửa bảo mật khó mở hỏi nhân viên thì có thái độ khinh khỉnh. Nhà có mùi ẩm mốc, có muỗi, máy lạnh rỉ nước, toilet không có cửa. Nếu cảm thấy không cung cấp được dịch vụ tốt và không quản lí được nhân viên từ xa thì đừng kinh doanh khách sạn theo hình thức check-in online.

The room is fully equipped with amenities from the bedroom to the kitchen. When I checked in, I was impressed because it was very clean and fragrant. Worth mentioning is the remote management, but the support staff are very enthusiastic, texting to ask if there are any problems. Unlocking is a bit confusing at first, but it's easy. Will definitely come back to experience.

Mình khá hài lòng với phòng và không gian Nhưng mỗi tội khó tìm và tối đi về mò mật khẩu vào nhà là cả 1 sự cố gắng ấy ạ Vì là kiểu dạng chuỗi từ xa nên khó để take care từng khách được nhưng hầu như các chị nhân viên mình gặp điều rất dth và nhiệt tình. Điểm cộng to bự là phòng có bếp và ban công hợp ý mình. View ổn, nói chung là 3 ngày vừa qua mình khá là hài lòng hihii🤩🥰
