The check-in process was terrible. There was no parking, and while check-in was only available until 8 PM, they allowed bookings after 8 PM, making the check-in process very difficult even though rooms had already been booked and paid for.

The air conditioner is noisy, I can't sleep. There's no Wi-Fi account, and no staff to contact.

The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear the people in the next room all the time.

The room is spacious and the atmosphere is good. The bathroom is clean, but it seems like the walls are not soundproof. I often hear the sound of the room next door and the bed has a loud wooden sound when I move. Other than that, it's okay. It's convenient.

The parking lot is wide. Check-in at 9 pm. There is a security guard waiting to check in. The room is new, but the smell in the room is very bad. The room is heavier. The smell is like something is rotten. Using a spray doesn't help. The air conditioner is loud. There is bird droppings in the bathroom in the shower area. The key deposit is late.

Even though I paid through this app and then called to confirm the reservation. On the line, the employee said there was already a reservation. But when I got there I was told there was no name. And the room in the picture looks very good. But the real thing is scary. hurt the feelings and not worth the money paid

โดนรวมแล้วดี แต่เช็คเอ้าออกช้ามาก ไม่มีพนักงานแม่บ้านเช็คห้องให้หรือไง พนักงานต้อนรับถึงต้องขึ้นไปเช็คเอง ลูกค้าต้องรีบไปธุระก็ต้องรอนาน ต้องปรับปรุงในเรื่องนี้นะครับ เวลาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ

ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องพักกว้างมากค่ะ 4 คน เงียบสงบ ไม่มีเสียงรบกวนเลยค่ะ ขนาดมีห้องพักรายเดือนด้วยนะค่ะ แบบดีเลย แต่ว่าเตียงไม่ค่อยนุ่ม ไม่มีทิชชู่ในห้องนะค่ะ แล้วก็ผ้าม่านบังแสง.ไม่โอเคเท่ารัยค่ะ แสงเข้าเยอะมากค่ะ ไม่ปิดแสงเลยค้า😊 แต่พนักงานบริการดีมากค่ะ พูดจาดีมากค่ะ น่ารัก ดูแลดีทุกอย่างค่ะ
