Wonderful reception

Excellent location, very nice resort. We went for a staycation for the 4th of July weekend. We were not impressed with how dirty the floors were- ceramic tile floors and our feet were BLACK. Everyday. Would have been terrible to have a crawling baby/toddler there. Everything else was great. Definitely a beach hotel, but still very nice with beautiful views of the intercostal waters. The full kitchen was great to have as we were able to cook breakfast every morning, lunch every afternoon and enjoy our coffee on the balcony- and we were close enough to walk to dinner every night - VIP, Sloppy Joes, Middle Grounds all within walking distance. So is Publix, however, we did a pick up order there for groceries for the long weekend. We will be back sometime.

I was told they’ll change the bed sheets on daily bases, they didn’t they said I have to request it!. Made it look close to the beach front, it’s about 20 mints walk to the beach front. Bikes are old and they lock them at 7 pm didn’t use. You need a car to get to restaurants.

The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. The customer service was professional and above average. I would not hesitate to book again. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and full kitchen was plenty room for husband and I. Only stayed one night but wished it was longer.

This is the second time that we stayed in Fusion. We love to wake up every morning with the stunning ocean view and how comfortable and big are the bedrooms. 100% recommended.’

It was an excellent place with a very nice view. The room was clean as well as the facility. The most stand out part was the staff during checkin and check out. Richard was one of the representatives that not only recommended restaurants to check out, but invited us to stay for the amenities although we were checking out. I will definitely book again.

We chose this location because the beach-front properties had smaller space for the same price. This large condo allowed us to spread out more - three of us had to work during the stay and the extra space was very helpful. The location is great - only 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a grocery store, liquor store, and convenience store all within walking distance as well. The floors needed a good mopping, but everything else was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pans, bowls, toaster, coffee maker, and full-sized fridge. The sunsets from the large balcony were spectacular.

Room view was beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious, pool was amazing wish it was open a little later

We stayed there 2 nights. Upon arrival i requested a crib or something similar. Richie was training Megan and he was very nice told me it’ be there shortly (it was delivered the following morning. The first night the door card reader stopped working Richie tried to help change the batteries i ended up fixing ir myself. That same night no access to the room again. The following day again the door. The hotel is great and so is the pool. I guess things happen.

Very clean, nice area, comfortable apartment and beautiful view.

For complete transparency, we stayed at this resort 4ish years ago and it was AMAZING, so when we returned to Treasure Island it was a no brainer. BAD DECISION! The room which we had to pay an additional $100 for to have a washer and dryer (washer and dryer was listed as included in our room when we booked), instantly smelled of mildew/mold. But that was just the beginning within the first hour: - the dishwasher did not work - guest bathroom toilet in room did not flush well - a random man opened our door while I was loading the washer - the floors were disgusting, turned out feet black - the springs in the beds pop as you move around - the pans were funky and severely scratched (not safe to cook with) - a cooking spoon had clearly been used to cook something in grease and was bubbled up - kitchen sink faucet did not retract - the pool was never cleaned the entire time we were there (4 days) - there is scum above water level around the entire pool - shells at the bottom, my daughter cut her foot on them. I went to the front desk within the first few hours and informed Lauren of the issues I had in the room (dishwasher, toilet, faucet, pans, cooking utensils and smell). She seemed unfazed and offered to have house cleaning mop the floor for the smell and maintenance to come for the other issues. I told her I was very disappointed in the state of the room and resort, she offered zero resolution. I met a woman at the pool with same experience. Wish I read reviews!!!!

Although we stayed for only 1 night everything at this Hotel was great, service, support, quality of room, security, hardware like the TV's and more. Highest quality! What we did not like were the 'tiny' bedside tables as they are too small really. Other than that enjoy a really great place with a really great view. Expansive? Yes but it costs money to provide such great services.

It was great until we ran into Karen at the pool and she tried to interrogate my 15 year old daughter.

We love this place. Best part is in the morning watching dolphins from the balcony.

Loved it!

Hotel was noisy. Some mechanical starting and stopping constantly. Upstairs neighbors footsteps could be heard. Ran out of hot water with a normal shower. Furniture had stains

Overall good. Pros: Beautiful view, layout and functionality of suite, nice pool and hot tub, quiet. Cons: We never received room cleaning service, the couch and chair in the living room area were worn and a bit dirty. A bit inconvenient getting onto the property by car if coming from Gulf Boulevard.
