Everything was good. The only issue was that I was unable to get my 2 rooms that I had reserved close to the elevator. We all have ambulation issues. We were given rooms half way down the hall. I had requested to be close to the elevators. I even called the day before to remind them that I really needed to have rooms close to the elevators.

Checked in about 30 min early and lady checking us in was confused took our credit cards only to re charge us on them for the room again! in the morning we luckily all realized it and the guy at front desk fixed it. My room was clean and comfortable but I had no hot water at all to shower! called to front desk and they were aware of this issue but never let me know! took cold shower as we had to get back on road. they said they would give me points on my account but it hasn't happened yet. I will follow up on that. other than no hot water and being charged twice for our rooms stay was good, we were in town for a wedding so only stayed the night. Pool is closed for season it says as well but wasn't noted on the information. so No pool, was a bit bummed as well on that one.

I stayed a month ago on my way down ant it was a better experience, this time we got at hotel at 6pm and there was a line up at check in and only one person working, it took us 20 min to get the room, the room was fairly clean but it hat a musty smell like a dirty mop or smelly socks, facial tissues box had only 3 tissues in it, internet would only allow me to sign in on one iPad, wouldn’t let me sign in on the second one, mostly all minor issues but those are the reasons I pay a bit extra than other hotels for, like fresh smelling rooms. On the way down I would have rated it a 8.5 on the way back a 6.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Bad water pressure, no hair dryer (that would've been convenient). Housekeeping didn't come one day; even to empy trash and freshen towels on a 3 night stay. That was a bit annoying.

I booked a double queen with couch for my family of 5. When we arrived they gave me a king with couch. They said they didn't have a double queen available but they could give me a 2nd room (2 floors away) at a discount if I wanted it. That would require an adult in each room and then split the children up as well. When we asked if they had a rollaway bed the front desk said "I am not sure". He was able to locate one and we made it work as we checked in around midnight so no other hotels were a realistic option at that point. I was charged for a room that wasn't available. The hotel has declined any refund so I was charged for a specific room (and extra person charge) in which I didn't get. The front desk employee Jackson was not friendly, knowledgeable, nor very helpful (other than offering me an additional room at a discounted rate of $350 which we declined. He also suggested that 3 of us sleep either in the bed or on the pull out couch together because there should be plenty of room for that Photo attached to show a cot smashed into the room so that everyone had a place to sleep.
