Dirty floors, stuffy bathroom.

Room 5005, 5th floor, honest review for management evaluation. 1. The toilet seat was dirty, with sand and hair residue. 2. The sink also had sand. 3. The water was yellow and had black sand coming out. 4. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty; if not in use, it's best to remove it. 5. The towels were dirty, with black and brown stains. 6. The mattress and pillows were unclean. 7. There were baby cockroaches. Sorry for being too honest. Thank you.

Book a room for an afternoon rest until 8 PM before continuing your trip to another city. The staff are friendly, the rates are affordable, and the location is strategic. There are also plenty of food stalls around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry.

It looks like the room wasn't cleaned, there was still hair left on the sheets/back of the blanket.

The service was friendly. The standard operating procedure for check-in should be 2 p.m., but I was allowed to enter my room at 1 p.m.

The parking lot is cramped, there's no lobby, and we arrived during a downpour, so we all got drenched. Even though the security was on hand, they were overwhelmed trying to handle everything on their own. The windows couldn't be locked, so the rainwater got into the room, and the AC couldn't be adjusted to its temperature.

The room was damp and moldy, the bathroom was slippery and smelled musty, the front office staff were rude and not friendly at all, the motorbike parking at the back once locked took 20-25 minutes waiting for security to open it because they were not on standby in the parking lot (had to go back to the front to inform the receptionist to open the back gate), the room AC was not cold at all, it was like normal air without AC, the tap was crusty, the bathroom walls were also crusty, the towels were shabby, basically if it wasn't because of an event near Kircon & other hotels weren't full I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel, (I dare to review this in detail because I stayed for 4 days), and I had requested for the bathroom to be scrubbed but it still wasn't cleaned every time the cleaning service cleaned it.

The room was stuffy, poorly maintained, and the pillowcases were dirty and unsightly. With a nightly rate of over 500,000 Rupiah, I'd consider returning.
