Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon

My room was very clean and kept that way throughout my stay. Very quiet also. Beautiful full ocean view from my 4th floor room. All the staff I met here are amazing. Made to order breakfast every morning lots to choose from. Rooftop pool is wonderful always found a place to sit to enjoy a delicious Paloma during the afternoon and a great spot to get some amazing sunset pictures. I will stay here again.

On the beach, beautiful view. Misael at the front desk was so helpful in booking us extra days. Very close to shopping. Pool was clean and well managed and just upstairs on the rooftop! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

I love this hotel and have stayed here before, which is why I would gladly stay again. Unfortunately, the hot water was a problem during this visit. I took three showers and two of them were cold. I also had some difficulty with the door locks—it often took several tries to get the door to open. That said, there are many things this hotel does very well. The breakfast is excellent. It’s made-to-order with a good selection, which I really appreciated. The best part of the hotel is the employees. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The location is also fantastic. It feels very safe and is directly across the street from the beach. I stayed in one of the more affordable rooms, so I didn’t have a water view, but the room was large, quiet, and extremely clean. It also had a small kitchenette, which would be great for families. The room was very comfortable overall. Because I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here before, I hope they address the hot water issue and improve the door locks. If they do, it will make a very good hotel even better.

All rooms face the Ocean, view is obscured by other buildings and the Palm Trees. Only complaint I have, the Bar across the Street on the Beach was blaring Hip Hop Music until 1:00 AM. Had to fall asleep with the room thumping from the Bass.

I called the Paramar the day before check in and they did not tell me the elevator was not working. After I checked in the bellman told me he was going to carry my bags because the elevator wasn’t working. I

We had a city view. The room was well kept and the maid service was great. The staff really rose to the occasion during the cartel violence. They managed to put together a dinner for everybody even though it was dangerous to go out and buy food. The pool area at the roof is very good. We really enjoyed the stay.
