The location is great for us as we planned to do things around the area for kids (Disney land, Kidzania, Mirakan, Lego discovery) and it is also easy to go the Tokyo station as well. Convenient store in the 1st floor is very useful. Room was great, good sizing. The food is nice for breakfast. Many kinds of tea & coffee are my favorite.

The position of the place is very good. If you want to go to Disneyworld, this hotel is the cheap choice. I found the hotel building easily when exiting the MRT. Note that the room is very small, if you bring a large suitcase. We brought 2 medium size suitcases and it was very difficult to move in the room. Apart from that the hotel is very comfortable.
