3er piso... Fatal..no hay elevador

The hotel was good, but the beach was unfortunately not. It had so much sea weed and looked dirty. Thank you to the welcoming hotel staff!

Sitting on my balcony I overlooked all the beach chairs and beyond to the beach and Ocean. With the palm trees and the birds that landed and sang it was a great location. The first night was a little loud as my unit was next to the band stand/DJ. I just came to accept that. Cleaning staff did a good job and despite my deficiencies in Spanish the desk was most helpful.

Check in was easy, and most of the staff who work the front desk for a very lovely, but the exception of one woman who accused my husband and I of ripping off our bracelets. They broke/ ripped off twice, and she essentially said that it was impossible, and if it happened again, we would have to pay. I also wish the hotel had a quiet hour time between say 10 PM and 8 AM, there was a family that had children screaming at the top of the lungs and stomping around at six in the morning till 11 o’clock at night and absolutely nobody seemed to care about the comfort of the other guests at the hotel. That aside it is beachfront, the pool was lovely, the beach club is fantastic and the value is great, but wish that they took a bit more care for their guests.

Cozy but can have the tub updated for the release of the water…so it won’t puddle up while you shower.

Beach View was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was definitely family friendly. Would have liked if some of the Kabanas had 2 bed options. Our room had mold on the picture frames. Stains on the sheets. Rust on the lamp. And the bed was made with only a sheet and no blanket on the first night.

During 2 of our 3 nights they were doing construction in the middle of the night. Chainsaws from 1-4AM! Then we lost power for several hours in the afternoon while I was trying to get work done. We love coming here and the staff are great. But when you pay for a place to sleep and they choose to build shade structures in the middle of the night, it's pretty upsetting.

Enjoyed our stay (good location on the beach and access to restaurants) but some areas of the hotel property were neglected and required updating (balcony railings missing, broken beach chairs, stained towels, clogged drains/shower heads, mold in areas). Some staff lacked training and basic English skills. We were told rudely that we were not allowed to use the beach chairs unless food/drinks were purchased but the use of beach chairs is included with the hotel stay. Staff played music loudly during early morning hours and late at night. Some staff did not understand basic requests such as beach towel exchange. Also, there are no great oceanfront views if you are upgrading your accommodations.

The view was great. Overall hotel a little run down. Shower spray sparce needs clr or something. Staff nice enough and it was clean.

The room didn't have any mirror, shower head was leaking all over the place, the toilet was not flushing and making weird loud sounds in the middle of the night. ( No we didn't put and toilet paper in it ) No lightbulb, only 1 light worked. Sliding door needed force to close and lock. We stayed at room #301. Maybe the other rooms were in a better shape. Location is amazing, true paradise walking distance to the town.

Stedet trænger gevaldigt til en renovering, de fleste solsenge var ødelagte, værelserne var fyldt med skimmel og virkelig ulækre, sengetøj og håndklæder plettede med ukendte ting. Morgenmaden, var fin. Fine muligheder. Ingen steder sådan at sidde og spille og hygge, medmindre du ville købe noget i baren. Konstant larm i form af høj musik fra baren og "musikere" der kommer og synger samtidig med der bliver spillet højt musik fra baren. Du bliver konstant forstyrret af folk der vil sælge dig noget. Massagen er super god! Stefanie deres tjener er super sød og venlig! Steder lægger rigtig fint i forhold til at skulle ud og spise i Puerto morelles by.
