friendly staff, clean hotel, ordered superior but was given deluxe, thank God, only limited food, bathroom upstairs has spider webs, key is still manual, but thank God I slept well, big TV (because it's deluxe)

I recently stayed at this hotel during National Sports Week 2024 (pon 2024). While it was one of the few available options, there were several drawbacks. Firstly, the lack of an elevator can be quite inconvenient, especially for guests with large luggage, as there is no assistance offered for carrying bags to your room. Additionally, the cleanliness was an issue; The bathroom did not feel clean, and the floor of the room appeared as though it hadn't been properly cleaned either. I found myself wearing shoes inside the room for comfort. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottled water provided. Breakfast was also decent. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements in cleanliness and service would significantly enhance the experience.

The price is mehong, the view is on people's rooftops. There is no elevator, the room lights are not good, breakfast is minimal. Prices do not match facilities.

Breakfast can be said to not exist on the things I ordered include breakfast. On the first day of my stay I was only offered breakfast. Still want to be made. The room is clean. friendly employees. Only the price for breakfast is careless.
