The toilet is not comfortable because the toilet position is not close to the wall, so the hotel staff don't standby, so when we want to check out, we have to wait a long time to take a KTP

As a transit hotel, I know time. Planned to check out the hotel at 7 am, but could not because the front desk clerk had not arrived yet. And only came half past 8 in the morning.
