I usually never give negative reviews to any inn or hotel I stay at, but this time it seems to have gone too far.
We booked a room with a large single bed, but got a twin. The concierge said the room was already occupied. RIDICULOUS. At least we could have been upgraded to a better room, but this time we got a room that was even more neglected...!!!
The room was okay, but the 32-inch Toshiba TV was on, BUT NO CHANNEL. So, the TV was just for decoration and didn't work at all.
There was no AC remote, so if you wanted to turn the temperature down or up, you had to go outside because the remote was outside, shared with another room. So, for those of you who don't feel like leaving your room or find the AC too cold, be prepared to go outside to get the remote from the front desk.
The toilet has a sitting toilet and a shower, but there's no flush button. This means you can't flush your waste. Instead, there's a bucket inside the toilet for manual flushing. Yes, that's right. There's a small bucket inside the toilet for you to flush your waste and urine after you've had a bowel movement.
There are no towels in the room, and no soap or toothbrush. The excuse is that they're in the laundry, so those of you who didn't bring towels from home are just resigned to their fate. The hot water doesn't work, there are no towels, and there's no soap either.
Wi-Fi is okay, and access to the main road is very close, so you can walk.
This hotel is in a state of decline, so you'd be better off finding another accommodation at a similar price, or even a few thousand rupiah more, to get something much more decent. If you're still stubborn, you already know the risks.
