Check-in and check-out were slow, causing delays to guests' schedules.
The sea-view room only showed trees and cars. When asked, the receptionist (a female receptionist in a black vest) responded: "Super class rooms are on lower floors, only Deluxe class rooms are on higher floors." This response was unfriendly and somewhat impolite. We understood the receptionist's explanation as follows: "Even though the app clearly stated sea-view rooms in the lower class category, you only see trees; only those in the higher class category get a sea view." We booked a sea-view room, so we couldn't see the sea, and our question was met with an extremely "..." response from the Navada receptionist.
Room cleaning was normal, but it was only done after the receptionist notified us. If we didn't ask, the room remained unchanged even after a day out; the towels were still dirty, and there was no drinking water. When we asked directly, they seemed unwilling to change the bed linens.
Breakfast was normal, repeated throughout our 4-day stay. For some reason, my young child had a stomach ache after eating it.
The pool was warm, but dirty.
The Navada beach was crowded with swimmers, so it was very dirty in the afternoon, but cleaner in the morning.
There was only an underground parking area for motorbikes, which was small and difficult to access.
What I liked was that they lent me towels to take to the beach, the kind and friendly security guard in a white shirt was helpful and cheerful in carrying my luggage, and the technician was enthusiastic and quick in fixing the air conditioner (because the air conditioner in my room wasn't cooling properly when I checked in).
