Room and bathroom are clean, heater works well. But TV can't be used. AC is cold

Staff tidak ramah sama sekali, sudah booking larut dan pingin cepat bisa istirahat karena sudah lelah dan capek tapi staf tidak menyambut baik sama sekali dan di bilang bookingan belum masuk padahal sudah menunggu lama di lobby. Akhirnya saya cari hotel lain karena pingin cepat-cepat istirahat. Sangat kecewa sekali dengan staff nya. Karena biasanya saya kalo pesan lewat traveloka tidak pernah ada masalah baru kali ini saya sangat-sangat kecewa.

Place to stay in downtown Banyuwangi. Close to the center of government, behind the hero's graveyard. It's not hard to find food around here, go food service is also available. Photos can show the inn.

Resepsionis nya ramah, kamarnya juga bersih dan tenang, aksesnya juga gampang untuk sepeda motor.

Enter a small alley, in front of the homestay there is also no writing. The room is cramped and the floor is a bit dusty. The bathroom is really stuffy, fortunately, warm-cold water can be used. The guard is too friendly so it's a bit freaky :( plus people are also told to add 50% to the room price, wow. That's enough hehe.

Really recommended, clean friendly and murce. Unfortunately the check out time in the morning at 7 there is no guard on duty. But still, will go back there again.

Clean rooms, cold AC, smooth hot water. Comfortable to rest after traveling far from outside the area. The location is in the middle of the city, not far from the main road in front of the Banyuwangi regent's office. The hotel staffs are also very friendly.
