Great to be able to arrive to a clean welcoming hotel. The front staff were wonderful and very personable.

We were on the final night of a 3 night weekend road trip and found this property close to the stadium and fairly priced. First time at this Tru location, but have stayed in a few others and this compares very favorably. Cleanliness and maintenance seem very good. Keep up the good work.

My kids are used to suites because that’s what my MIL always books when she takes them somewhere, so I was a little worried they’d be disappointed with a regular room. Not at Tru! I immediately got a “this place looks cool!” when we pulled into the parking lot, which was soon upgraded to “this place is fancy!” when we got to our room. They had a blast in the pool and then had a great time playing pool and giant Jenga in the lobby. They also loved the games on the TV, and being able to wind down with a family-favorite movie on Netflix at the end of the day was fantastic. Everything was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were great. Literally zero complaints.

Hotel provided everything I needed. It’s close to the downtown area and MSU. Clean comfortable room and lobby, nice buffet breakfast in the morning.

Stayed 1 night with family. Property was well maintained and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and common area in the lobby with games was a great addition for the kids. The rooms are not big, but new and comfortable.

Hotel was very friendly, all staff seem to enjoy helping customers. We will stay there again when we visit Springfield again.

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Mini loaded omelette and kielbasa. Pancake maker, cereal, and juice. Mattress comfortable. We were disappointed we did not receive a free bottle of water upon check in, like other TRU hotels. Also would have liked to have had a laundry bag in room. Hotel was clean.

This was a nice property and I love to consistency of Tru Hilton’s . You can always find them to be clean, friendly, and hospitable . Check in was quick and easy . Great location .
