Never stay here, all the staff are unprofessional and try to find fault with the guests, the slightest smell of cigarettes will burn the deposit. Even though in the living room there is a balcony door that is opened when smoking. Highly not recommended. All the staff are unfriendly and only try to profit themselves.

It's quite good and enjoyable to staycation here. The view of the golf course in the morning is very beautiful and various apartment facilities are quite complete. It would be even more enjoyable if guests do not need to chat with the apartment first but are automatically contacted before checking in.

Clean, fragrant rooms, complete facilities, free wifi makes customers feel at home, thank you for the service and friendliness 🙏🏻

AC gak dingin :( Spring bed keras :( bed cover ada noda darah :( Banyak anak kecoa juga :( Toilet oke, ada air panas juga. Paling top wifi kenceng sih. Cuma lebih diperhatikan aja kebersihannya. Refund uang jaminan 300 ribu lama banget, dan kebanyakan juga kayanya 300 ribu untuk uang jaminannya huhu.

Depart from airport around 15:00, calling the owner that we will be arriving at 17:00, after arriving the respond we received was “Out staff already on its way, please wait.” Then the staff arrived at 19:00. Tons of roaches spotted at living room, cabinet, kitchen sink, table, toilet, bathroom sink, WIFI isn't working, TV isn't working, no dish soap. Its a good place, but you need to take care of it.

Bad service, there is no access card to enter and take the elevator, during our stay so we had to drag our suitcases from the basement floor to the ground, every time we went up to the room we had to ask the security guard for help.

Apartemennya jorok. Banyak kecoa kecil. Setiap hari pasti ada kecoa. Makanan sisa juga berceceran di bawah sofa. Customer service apatel juga tidak beres. Bisa ada 5 nomor yang kontek kita, sangat membingungkan. Selama stay 7 hari tidak ada cleaning service datang bersihkan apartemen sama sekali padahal sudah di hubungi tapi tidak di jawab. Very bad service and experience dengan apatel. Lebih baik stay di tempat lain saja dengan harga segini dapat full service.

Not really satisfied, access to the swimming pool only has to be booked on H-1, while in other apartments, it's like that. Where has the security guard at the swimming pool been so annoying? After that, the gas ran out, the gallon of water had to be bought again by myself. Weird.

value for money, clean apatel, and in good area. swimming pool is in different building. They will ask for security deposit 300.000, in my case they transfer back after 5 days. They was said it will 3-7 days after check out. it will be great if term and condition (include deposit) can put in web, so we can consider and be prepare.

New year holiday with family fun with apatel apartment mansion kemayoran. the room is very comfortable. Luxury. The view is cool. Room and aprtment facilities, complete with very good service, have become the choice for a vacation spot.
