Swimming pool facilities make your staycation even more comfortable.

The room is very nice... but unfortunately the parking foundation is fraudulent and many people are deceived like me.

My first time staying here, the apartment environment is comfortable and the surrounding facilities are quite complete. The in-unit amenities are also complete (AC, Wi-Fi, extra pillows, hair dryer, iron, microwave, rice cooker, cooking and eating utensils), and the bedroom and bathroom are clean.

Thank God, I had a very comfortable stay here. The unit was clean, the price was affordable, and the amenities were very complete. The staff was friendly and informative. Although self-check-in was easy and convenient, it was seamless. Hopefully, I'll have the chance to stay here again next time.

Overall, it was good; the room was clean and worth the price for a 2-bedroom apartment. However, there was no information about the late check-out charge. The admin suddenly shared a QR code for the late check-out fine. I think this information would have been better provided upfront so customers wouldn't feel cheated. Parking is also hourly, not a flat rate.

We chose a 54 m², three-bedroom junior suite. It was comfortable enough for a family of five. The staff was responsive. The amenities were complete and the room was clean. The downside was that there was only one room key, which could be a challenge if family members had different travel schedules.

Great location, within walking distance to Unpar. Room amenities are complete, including dining utensils. Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, five stars, except for the sheets and pillowcases, which were faded and smelled stale. The pillows were also in poor condition, with lots of stains.

Highly recommended to stay here. Easy check-in (I had late check-in), surrounding area has a minimart, which is convenient. Food, not to worry, can count on Grabfood or just go to the neighborhood Dago. AC, hot water, fridge, mini kitchen, even clothes hanging and outdoor towel hanging are sufficient. The only hiccup was the first day in, the floor was dirty. All of our feet were very dirty. So, well, I put up a mop and all clean again. Also, they only provide 1 keycard, so inconvenient for us who would go in different ways. Water gallon is easy to replace once it is empty. The admin's responses are very quick. Definitely will go back.

The place is comfortable, only you have to pay for parking, that's all.

Self check-in, great location. The downside is parking is hourly and costs a maximum of Rp 30,000 per day.

So recommended! I was initially curious about this apartment, and then I tried booking it for 3 days. The price was still affordable, and we got lots of great amenities! The initial confirmation after booking was made clear, so there was no confusion about what to do during check-in, as we were thoroughly guided. All the photos of the apartment are real, and upon arrival, it's clean, fragrant, and tidy. The amenities are surprisingly plentiful: a stove, cooking utensils, cutlery, and more. One downside is that the bathroom shower didn't work, making showering a bit difficult, and this should be the bare minimum. (I'm not sure what to expect.) But thanks Aya Stays! I'll be back soon if I'm in Bandung again, and hopefully, I can reevaluate it. :D
